Loved this place's atmosphere. Employees were pleasant, attentive and professional. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was hot and delicious. Forgot my hat, but they hung onto it until my wife picked it up the next afternoon. Very thoughtful of them.
Hey Everyone!!!!Came here for my birthday last week here at Applebee's in Lafayette Louisiana once more, the service was horrible the waitress and Mr.Paul the "General Manager" was very Rude, Uncaring, very Unpleasant and Unprofessional. I wasn't planning to come back at all until I talk to Mrs. Elise which she invited us right back. This afternoon we decided to come back and the Service was amazing and just unreal!!!! The Gorgeous and AMAZING Manager Mrs.Elise was so sweet only because of her I will come right back. I very pleased and happy and will inform everyone in Texas about her amazing professional service!!! Mr. Rickky was very fast and just so profound and very professional!!! I love the food and Applebee's is my favorite place to go when I'm traveling for business or just out with family!!! I will be coming back very soon!!!Thank you so much!!!My Regards,Alyssa G.
The service was horrible, had to wait over 15 minutes just to get drinks, nothing special, just tea and water, then he left glasses empty. I had to eat most of my appetizer and half of my entree without anything to drink. He didn't even take the menus off the table after the order was taken. Food came out wrong the first time, had to send it back, food was undercooked the second time, had to send it back, the salad had to be sent back due to old brown soggy lettuce. The server had to constantly be reminded of what was needed. The server could be seen across the restaurant playing around with other employees while drinks were empty. I could understand if he was busy, but the restaurant was basically empty. He only had 2 tables to tend to. Due to horrible service and kitchen screw ups, I will not be going back!!
Service was great, out of Dr. Pepper, Oriental Chicken Salad is always great. The Southwest Chicken Bowl was a bit spicy for my Mom but she said it tasted good.
Although me and my fiance got very late they still treated us with amazing customer service and make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Not to mention the food was freaking incredible! I would definitely recommend this restaurant just somebody trying to get a good meal at a cheap price.
Excellent service, excellent attention to details, excellent people skills and the greatest attitude We have not felt from a waittress in such a long time! This describes Kirsten! If We decide to make a stop on our way back home or if We head back this way in another trip, We do hope to have her take care of us again. She is awesome. The food was above average and the waitress was nice, knowledgeable, and tentative. However, my girl's steak dinner was wrong and had to he sent back so only 4 out of 5 stars was awarded. Still I would recommend this outlet to eat at.
My daughter and I randomly have date nights here and there. We initially wanted to go to Chili's being it is closest to our home but, their wait time was outrageous and it was a school night. Being we have been to Applebee's before we decided to go there. Our server was very attentive and just awesome. He wasn't one of those that is just for the pay check per say. He was down to earth and "real." He mentioned how him and his coworkers were doing a bingo and his last square to get a bingo and win was for a guest to order a glass of wine. I was intending on getting an alcohol beverage so, being he was just so sweet, I bought that glass of wine for him to win! Love employees that do these type of fun things that include the guests and we feel part of their fun. I didn't give 5 stars bc my meal didn't have the greatest of tastes but, he made sure to take care of that as well. Kudos!!

Seriously who in their right mind puts a medium rare steak on a hot skillet? Also my son cannot eat cheese and we ordered no cheese on the burger and it comes out with cheese. And the sad excuse for a "top shelf" long island, it was completely watered down and i could taste the fact one perk of being a former bartender. Absolutely the worst experience in an Applebee's and it's here on our anniversary. If you come here because the wait is too long at tx Roadhouse, just go to a different restaurant completely. As a former chef and military cook I've had better meals come out of a plastic package in the field
