Everything was delicious here! The lemon Blueberry French toast was the perfect amount of crispy edges and softness inside. It came with light and fluffy scrambled eggs and 2 slices of perfectly cooked bacon. After the waitress described a variety of grits, I had to order a side of City Grits. The grits you can tell were cooked low and slow as they were so creamy. To top it off they had cheese, bacon, green onion and tomato. To complete the meal I had a Lemon Blueberry Mimosa which absolutely was perfection! Our pleasant waitress Lisa was so friendly and went above and beyond with the descriptions and recommendations.
Our go-to brunch staple for good breakfast/brunch food in Lafayette. The food is usually good (although they sometimes can be inconsistent). Wait time gets really long during peak hours on the weekends, but if you go during the week you can walk right in.
We had an amazing experience at Another Broken Egg. Our server Jeanette did such an awesome job taking care of us!! Thank you Jeanette and thank you Krystal, the manager, for adding to our experience. Friendly and pleasant experience all around. Would go back without a hesitation!!

We just had the best experience EVER! Jeanette and Krystal were so kind to us. Jeanette was beyond kind and treated us truly like we belonged. There was no just dropping food and smiling, she told us she was in training, she should not just BE training, she should BE the trainer. Krystal came and answered some questions we had and gave us the same service. This is why we will always stop here…all the way from North Pole, Alaska
What great service!! My waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was thorough in her explanation of the menu items and even made a couple recommendations. Breakfast was very good! Even tried the beignets.
The atmosphere is very nice! We were seated fast and our server was attentive! The pancakes are phenomenal! However the over easy eggs were very watery and the ham was cold and hard. Other than that, it was very good. We would go back. :)
My husband and I had breakfast there this morning. Our server, Lisa, was absolutely PHENOMENAL! She was very attentive, to not only us, but everyone else in her section. She checked on us all the time. We were never without a drink - she did this without us having to say anything. The Lafayette location has a true gem in her. What a great asset to the company.
Environment is calm and inviting. The food is delicious.
