Great service, great food, great people!
Many locations to choose from. Slight differences in some food items at the various locations. I love that they have music on the weekends. It can be loud though. Service is usually good and food consistently tasty.
Fajita wrap with vegetables from the lunch menu was tasty. Wish there were more vegetarian options. Very good service! Love the outdoor seating.
This "foods' eatery" business establishment were excellent in customer service (knowledgeable/friendly), numerous variations in food types (menu appeared stocked), quality/preparation of foods were superb, atmosphere was (at that time) a sense of tranquility w/small gatherings of locals/transit general public appearing ppls (us Cajuns can be nice), the building establishment itself appeared to be in compliance with health code protocols (upon walking into the restruant I had a sense feeling of freshness), for a business establishment such as this serving these type foods; my opinion, the prices/gratuity are within applied reasonable standards used in business practices of such other business establishments offering the general public the same types products. Definitely, I'd recommend this particular "foods eatery" establishment to family, friends, & the general public. ***This review is composed of my own general consensus {opinion} influenced solely from my experience within the mentioned establishment.
A HUGE shout-out to Naeem, Nidal, and their amazing staff for all they did to make our event at Rooftop 116 amazing! They took such great care of us. They are professional, detail oriented (down to the freshly waxed floors), accommodating, and provide excellent customer service and great food. They were awesome! And, Rooftop 116 is gorgeous and an awesome place to host an event. My family and I are so greatly appreciative! If you’re looking for an amazing venue that is staffed with amazing people, call Agave Downtown! They will spoil you rotten too!
Very rude man who runs this. Didn’t greet us when my three kids and I walked in instead walked straight up to me and told me this cannot come in here when referring to my sons little Car stroller and I asked them if it’s OK because we are sitting outside and he said no so then I called once we left because I was not going to eat there and he told me that strollers are allowed but not his little car stroller. This was our first experience ever going here and we will never come back.

Very rude owner!! My kids and I had just left the children’s museum and we decided to grab a bite to eat I had my sons little car stroller and when we walked into the restaurant he came out of his office and immediately told me this cannot be in here when referring to his car I told him we would like to eat outside and he said it doesn’t matter this cannot be in here I kind of looked at them in shock because he was so rude and then I said well then we will just have to eat somewhere else and he said OK fine.. once we left I decided to call and speak to him again and I asked him if strollers were allowed in the restaurant and he told me yes so I asked him what is the difference between the stroller and the car stroller and he proceeded to tell me very loudly that it is not allowed. He was extremely rude and upset my children. This would have been our first time eating here and We will never step foot in here again. Not to mention he never once offered me a safe place to store the stroller while we were in there he told me to leave it outside on the sidewalk where someone could steal it.
1/5 star rating. To start the waitress spilt salsa on one of my friends new jeans and white shoes, and maybe checked in with the table 3 times. Aside from the not so good waiting experience, the food was not at all what i expected. The tamales seemed undercooked, and my fries tasted like straight grease. But I have to say the fried cheese cake was very good.
Allie was such an awesome and friendly server! The food was really great too definitely make a stop here if your in free town.
