So good! They have THE BEST Hummas appetizer! They give you so much! Roasted garlic, sun dried tomatoes, olives, tomatoes and fresh herbs on top. Comes with hot fresh pita. (Sorry but we dug in before I could get a pic, it was so beautiful and looked delicious that we couldn't help ourselves)Love love love the rotisserie chicken. I always get the house rub but a side of the sweet asian. My thai snap beans were delish but my mashed sweet potatoes were cold. I'm sure they would have fixed it if I would have asked but it was my waiters first day and he had enough going on. I didn't want to add to it since I've bern there. LolToo full for dessert but I did get a mule drink. I wanted blueberry but they were out so they suggested a satsuma one. It was ok. The ginger beer seemed a lil flat but I still drank it. Lol.Anyways, great meal after all. Will definitely be back!
I give a three because I really wanted another restaurant that is near this one. But it was a 40 min wait and we were starving.. so enter Zea's, conveniently as it was so close and pretty much empty. Okay, grab a table. Order the drinks. Waitress is also working as the bartender or vise versus,, wasnt really sure, but the margarita was the worst I ever had.. omf!!! It just was the worst.. it was full of lime but not much else, I actually cringed when I saw her making more.. appetizer was good, luke warm which was surprising..the main course...OMG! Awesome, great, fantastic.. great job Chef!! Hats off.. corn grits, snap beans.. chicken,, mouth watering greatness!!I really thought we was going to disappointed, genuinely surprised, the meal was well worth the change!!
Part of a local group of restaurants owned by Taste Buds Management, this restaurant emphasizes rotisserie meats -- as well as sides that would be familiar to barbecue aficionados -- but also changes pace with well executed Mediterranean hummus, Thai ribs, almond shrimp & great fish dishes. The desserts are delicious, too. A great place to take a date or a family.
Upon arrival, there were quite a few people waiting to be seated. Still, it only took 10 minutes to be seated. My server was prompt and super inviting. His name was David and as he exclaimed, there are three David's at this location so he goes by Da'vid and he's from kenna-bruh (lol)Well, I ordered the sweet chili glazed rotisserie chicken. The description sounds like it's just too much going on but I enjoyed it. It came out looking n smelling good. It was also piping hot . My husband had rotisserie steak. According to him it tasted just as good as it looked. And boy, did it look good!I've added interest to give you guys a view.
Got the mixed grill with BBQ chicken/ribs with two sides & large spinach salad. Chicken real good and ribs excellent. Not nearly enough salad dressing. Two cups shud have been four. Also spinach artichoke dip was small and chips stale. Grits rich & good but sweet pots kinda bland and not cooked enuf. Had to wait for food at P/Up because computer system crashed.
Shrimp & Grits was disgusting, grits were chunks and clumps, the sauce had no flavor at all and was surrounded by a pool of butter bout a 1/4 inch on top. Shrimp were not cooked and the on andouille sausage looked like they sliced it, tossed it on top the sauce and sent it out!!!
I've had shrimp and grits all over the place but this place's take on it is outstanding, so much so I stop here when I'm around the airport every time I fly in or out of NOLA. The Thai Rib Stack is phenomenal as well, I probably should try something different but this is what I order every time I come here, and probably will next time as well.

Discovered this little gem riding around starving one Friday night.... and man were we so happy that we did. Everything on the menu looked good so our waitress brought us little samples of some of the dishes we couldn't decide on. The ambience was relaxing and food moderately priced. We will be going back for sure. The owner even brought my husband and I samples of a new rum they were planning to add to the menu just to get our opinion. We went around 8pm and there was no wait for a table...even with everyone spaced out for social distancing purposes.
