Let me put it to ya straight the food: AWFUL!! The service: AWFUL!! I didn’t like anything about this place, the people or the food they serve! The clerk was visibly aggravated because I had questions..I definitely didn’t ask the right question which would’ve been “ Is the food good?” I paid $26 dollars for two plates that I fed to the garbage can, as soon as I turned around the trash can said “Aww hell naw!” Though I don’t have recommendations for a good Chinese spot I will warn anyone against spending a dime at this joint??????????????????In case i didn’t make myself clear..this is NOT where you want to eat.

I called to make a complaint about me paying for what’s suppose to be 5 rangoons and driving home to find out it was only 4. So I called to see maybe if the menu maybe changed or if it was a mistake, no one asked me for my name or a call back number I just got “okay I owe you one” and then they hung up.Absolutely disrespectful. I just want what I paid for and to not be treated rudely.

Food has really been bad since the old lady died who once owned the restaurant. I normally order the shrimp fried rice and an order of egg rolls. The rice was dry and only a few pieces of shrimp. They give you a lot of food for your money which is good, however I don’t want a lot of rice that has no taste and hardly any shrimp.. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!! Only called them because my family swears by them. Called to order a family size shrimp fried rice, which she said was $41. I said, Ma'am what size is that? She advised me that it feeds 5 and that they don't have a smaller one. I asked her another question and she was rushing me off the phone telling me that I'll see it when I get there.I responded, "Ma'am, I don't want that, and I don't like your attitude", and she HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME.It seems that their notoriety has gone to their heads and they think that their treatment towards people will not affect their sales. Keep that F rated customer service up and this place will be closed in not stay open!!! This culture is built on Food and Hospitality. It doesn’t matter how good your food is, if you treat people badly, you won't keep your customers. Periodt. You definitely lost one prospective customer here, and I'll NEVER go back on that. Now, God bless yall!! I went and called No. 1 Red Apple right down the street cuz they're always NICE and their food is good too!!!

I can say that this Chinese restaurant has been a plus for my family for some time now.But I called recently without knowing the menu and choices of shrimp dishes and I asked the female on the phone what are the choices of shrimp dishes please. She chuckled and said “Ma’am I can’t tell you what types of shrimp to order-we have so many.” I can imagine that but would also suspect an employee to go an extra mile and assist with that answer.In awe, I explained that I do not have a menu and their is no help online. Well, she was was impatient, uncaring and could not provide at least ONE shrimp dish that I may consider. I simply said “do not worry, thank you”. Click

A black man walked in to the young lady she left off his egg roll. Se state to him you must paig 3.00. No you didn't not put in bag. She said you people DON'T have E Education. Who are you talking to. All people of color is not Stupid. PLEASE STOP going to this RESTAURANT. AND SHE SEE WHO EDUCATION. ?

Terrible service. I ordered green pepper steak and was given chicken fried rice. When I ask for chicken fried rice as the fried rice. The lady got attitude and stated that the rice is pre prepped and its shrimp fried rice. I dont eat shrimp and asked for chicken fried rice as the sub. But no she gave me the wrong order. So bad service and bad attitude. The customer is always right. Good day

very rude, ESPECIALLY the lady with the pink jacket. My sister placed an order and was running late to pick it up , she asked specifically if she should cancel it or is it okay to pick it up, the lady on the phone said it was okay to pick up. However, when we showed up pink jacket was very rude and slammed the door closed screaming “we’re closed” “we’re closed” even tho their business hours say they close at 9:30 today.. (we arrived at 8:15) and just overall had a very nasty attitude while trying to hurry and run back inside through the side door . Y’all need better customer service. very disgusting.

Food was amazing an plentiful the most shrimp i ever git in a Chinese food plate and they were huge. The Egg rolls are humongous and so good

Young’s Garden Chinese Restaurant.GO HERE TO EAT ONLY IF YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO WAIT IN LINE AND BE TREATED RUDELY AND BE IGNORED.Now they are just extremely rude and disrespectful don’t care,And service sucks.I went in today only to wait at the counter without being acknowledged for about 35 minutes.I purchased an order of shrimp-fried rice!That shrimp-fried rice was HORRIBLE, the taste was Very, Very BLAH.Will definitely not spend another dime there. Wouldn't reccomend them to anyone based on poor customer service. You might as well go anywhere else where the food and attitudes are better.
