If I could give no stars I absolutely would!!! This place has really gone down hill in the past 2 years. Every time we go, there has been someone with a horrible attitude taking orders or telling you that they are closed… They never close at the same times it’s always different. The only reason I have continued to try and go get food from here is bc my son loves Wendy’s and it’s not far from where I live, but I see I’m going to have to start to travel farther out from now on. Just shut it down…
Only person in the drive through and there was no one ordering inside. Still took forever for a simple order. They even made me back up to reset the drive through counter... Horrible customer service...

On time all is right fast service great food nice cashier was very polite.
Loved their chili but you always have to check for crackers. Even tho I ask at the order window they leave them half the time. I asked at p/u window and was handed 1 little pig of 2
Food order has been right for the most part its just the slowest moving line ever no matter how many cars are there.
They are short staffed for some reason, there's usually a line out the park lot down the street. Be prepared to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to order. There is a younger gentlemen there who is rude and doesn't pay attention to what he's doing. Check your food and receipt before you drive away. I hate to bad mouth them because everything else is fine besides the wait. And I'm sure it's hard getting employees these days.
the drive thru employees are very nice & not rushed to get us as a customer out the way .. very happy with the staff here
The food is usually hot and fresh . Thr biggest issue with this store is the inconsistent open time . it's supposed to open at 7am butntheynare.nevwr ready . they won't even acknowledge u at the speaker. so eventually sometime after 730 or 8 u might get service.
Pulled up .. I could not hear them at all. (It was broken).Pulled up to the window and she said she couldn’t take my order there at the window. Was very rude about it too. I just wanted to order food ?♂️.. called the 1800 number and they didn’t do much either
