Spent 30 dollars at this place and the lady "couldn't hear me" and mismanaged my whole order. When I said something about missing items she said I'd have to re enter the drive thru and order again. Terrible service I try giving everyone the benefit of the doubt but this is complete trash. 30 dollars= 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers. Thanks for screwing me over
Lady at window said she couldn't hear me so I spoke louder and then said she's not taking my order because I'm yelling horrible service
Went inside to place my order only to be met by a rude manager who stated that they were only taking orders through the drive thru and there wasn't anyone available in the lobby to take my order (maybe they should have locked the door)I understand that there's a shortage of workers, I get that, but the attitude I can do without.
Normally excellent food and fast service, so even though they forgot the cheese this time I would still return the regulars who work there are awesome
The better of all the fast food places. Service is kind of rude. But I will go back there because the price is good food
Extremely rude staff. Would not listen to my order and when I finally got fed up and decided to leave, they wouldn't refund my purchase (which I didn't eat). Stay away from this location
Wendy’s use to be my place to go if I wanted fast food, but my last experience wasn’t good enough to come back. Food was barely warm and stale, sorry maybe it’s this location only. It was kinda slow in drive through. Stuff is friendly though

I stopped to get fuel and turn to stop at this Wendy's on the way back. Ordered chili and a chicken sandwich. I tried to use the scanner so I get my Wendy's points they said the scanner doesn't work. My food was cold but chilly didn't have any meat in it must have been the bottom of the barrel. I won't be back. They should have said beforehand did the scanner was broken in order through the app.
Okay so I've been coming to this location for years and years and years. The one complaint I usually have is that the time it takes to get through the drive thru. Surprisingly they've improved their wait times, they still had me pull up ahead of the drive thru and wait for my food but still not that long. The issue I had with the food was that the fries were tasted like as if they had been just sitting out in a car with the heater running. Other than that the customer service is on point ? ?
