Desi is a great addition to the Kenner Waffle House team. Good job!
It's a great place only with certain staff but it looks like they're best server isn't there no more or they transfer her to another store, just like they always do the best cooks there. Like they have one there now but I bet they gonna take him and leave the messed up ones. They have a new server and she looks like she don't need to be around no ones food literally and two weeks ago or so they had this guy who literally stood around and did nothing. He was around some dishes that were about to fall and he would even stop them from falling. Mr. Lou seen them about to fall and he just stood there with his arms crossed and let them fall. They needed him and he actually end up sitting down in the kitchen area and just let them get bum rushed by customers??♀️. I wished I took a picture of the young lady from a few days ago who looked like she don't need to be around no ones food. The cook was excellent though.
Every time we went to this location the experience is always good. The food is cooked perfect the staff is polite and they are always cleaning. One person that really sticks out is Mr. Lou. He gives you quick service and tends to your every need.
The lady waitress was so rude (she’s a skinny black African American. I seen her be rude to others as well. So not professional! The male cooked stopped to clean and sweep. Me and my plus one watched him the whole time, to see was he going to take the gloves off, AND HE DIDN’T!!! He started cooking once again. We literally couldn’t finish our food, we got nauseated very quick. I asked for my ticket and we left. If I could rate 0 stars I would. That’s just so nasty and unsanitary!! ??
My wife love Waffle House so we’re always ordering food. The problem is we can’t do it over the phone because they’re always busy. But once we arrive it never fail; they’re outside smoking, once an employee was fussing outside with a boyfriend, or just getting fresh air. But the place always seem to be empty…or maybe I’m blind!!!
Zero stars. If upper management has any idea of what happens in this place they should get out of this business. This is my second time going here in 2 months. There were 6 people working today and literally only 6 people sitting.to eat. All the empty tables were filthy. The kitchen was filthy. The employees were moving like snails on a trail. We asked to be seated and waited for 25 minutes, to be seated. Others (of a different race than us) came in and got seated and served before we were even given menus. Of course we left. It is apparent this was a racial issue that Waffle House needs to deal with. This was the second time i have had an awful experience in 2 months. There will be no next time. Some of these Rude Employees were standing around complaining about not making tips. Perhaps a course in customer service is needed.
Not the cleanest place to eat upon walking in had to ask server to clean table before sitting down .. manager went and sat down twice during our dining experience while we had cold coffee and uncooked sausage .. upon leaving she hovered to watch what we would tip her …unbelievable !
Waffle House (at least this one) has declined as time has gone by. Some dishes are off the menu now. The steak for the Steak n' Eggs was horribly greasy and fatty, while the scrambled eggs were badly done. Only the hashbrowns remain consistent and were decent. Otherwise just not a good experience, food-wise. Service was good though.
Second visit, same order and it wasn't put in correctly again. Disappointment! Next visit I'll ask for the order to be read back to us.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! The 1 × Time I want to go to A Waffle House to not only plan on going inside, but I'm sitting in my vehicle looking at the menu to determine what I will order when I do (Yes! Believe it). Their systems go down, so when I offer exact change they had already decided to stay and clean. All the while I'm still in my vehicle...DUH that's a gentleman who came all the way out to provide me with an explanation NOT random "Red calling Door Holders"!
