Yummy cold tea lemonade on a hot day, great stop on our way to the airport!
Ive ordered from here just about every single day for almost two years now. Almost everyone in the store knows me without having to ask my name. Today i placed my order online. They cant find my ticket. They even ask me if i placed it at the right store. I showed them in my phone that i did. After pulling 8+ tickets They tell me okay you must be in there somewhere. Sorry but i have to go to work. I cant wait 30+ minutes for my coffee. So i asked them to cancel it. If you are short staffed and cant keep up with internet orders then turn it off just like yall do on any other day. I see one person take a break in the middle of this mess and just hanging out in the lobby with their friends. As a general manager of a fast food restaurant i find that completely unacceptable. Ive had this problem before at this same location and will possibly start changing my route to work and going to another starbucks. You lost a loyal customer today.
So the Starbucks is usually pretty good but the last two times I had went they didn’t put the strawberry purée or whatever it is in my pink drink and it’s always something is missing what I ordered. And by the time I noticed I’ve already driven off on my way to work. They do correct it when I have mentioned some thing and they are very pleasant and nice.
I came to pick up my order but the woman on the speaker thru the drive thru was rude and told me I had to come in and get my drinks since the tea would take 6 minutes. I don’t understand why I just couldn’t wait in the drive thru, if I were placing an order through the speaker I would have to wait in the drive thru so I don’t understand what the difference was???
Always serves good treats, coffee, and tea. Clean and best part is their drive thru is always moving fast.
The frappes were good, but the flavors seemed weak or watered down. I guess maybe I appreciate a stronger coffee/espresso now.
Very long line in the drive through, but it went very fast. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino was delicious like always ?
The baristas here are always so nice, making conversation while I'm in the drive-thru and they seem genuinely interested in their customers. My most recent experience was exceptional. I was having a pretty bad day and when I tried to order oat milk through the app, it said the store was out. I went in and asked just to make sure and they'd just gotten some in and it hadn't updated yet. The baristas were so, so sweet, and they put the oat milk in and made sure everything was taken care of and their energy was so positive it made my day. I remember a few names, Victoria, Cassie (spelling?), and a few others. It was January 9th, I believe, so whoever was working that morning was simply incredible! I hope Starbucks reads these reviews so they know how well their baristas are doing.
This location is hit or miss.. sometimes quick and friendly service and sometimes the lines take forever. This time it was average.
I was here for a few hours killing time to pick up someone from the airport. Every interaction was kind and generous. Great staff and great products.
