I waited for a half hour, it was fine they were busy and I had time before my flight. I finally get up to the register and the cashier just stops taking orders in just stands there complaining for 10 minutes. Another employee finally takes my order and I’m told the do not accept cash. No sign no nothing. Just wasted close to an hour.
Super slow. They seem to have no thought that people might have a plane to catch lol.You might see a short line and think you're good but with 3 people in front of me, it still took over 20 minutes to get food. Also, don't just look at the line at the register, they take your order and money fast, the wait is later.
Tried the smoke shack Burger and the bun (upper side of the sandwich) was dead cold, just like it was take out straight from the fridge and no from the grill. The burger was a little bit salty to my taste, however it seems to me like it has potential if made right, in the other hand the fries were crispy good
Check out this messy burger. Thick pattie, thick slice of tomato, perfect onions. Amd the crinkle cut fries where fried to perfection.
The foos is very good, but whoever is managing tge restaurant doesn’t know what they’re doing or doesn’t care. They have one person who is delivering all of the food to the counter for pick up and half the time they are not available. The cooks and order taker are very efficient and the food just keep stacking up getting cold while the customers look at it, but we can’t jump over the counter to get to it. How about empower the person working the cash register to bring the food to the counter for pick up when the person who is supposed to be doing it isn’t doing it?
Would give it zero stars if I could. Worst service ever. Took forever to order my food and then took even longer to get it. No sense of urgency whatsoever from the staff even though the line of people waiting for their food and also the line to place an order was insanely long. Then overheard a staff member laugh and say they’ll get it when they get it
Stopping for a quick bite turned into a 30 min wait, which the last 5 minutes of waiting was watching my food sit on the counter.I asked for a refund because they ladies working the counter made it seem like they didn’t have a care in the world and the food wasn’t going to be given to the customers until they felt like it.Really really pathetic attitudes and the manager was right along side busy walking in circles.Avoid this place!!
AVOID AT ALL COST. Workers are lazy with no sense of urgency. Waited 20 minutes for the milkshake, which turned out to be on the counter the whole time. By the time I went up to ask what was taking so long, they gave me the milkshake and it was practically warm milk.
Absolutely horrible staff. All moving in slow motion. Calls the name one time, behind a mask, behind plexiglass. If no one answers, throws it back on the shelf and lumbers off. Burgers overcooked. Did not order fries because we watched the hand out fries that had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. Every staff member there had the look of absolute misery on their face. Shut this location down.
This was my first time trying Shake Shack cause we don't have one where I'm from. The fries with the cheese sauce were good, but I felt like the burger was undercooked. If it were cooked to perfection, I would've given this place 5 stars. The wait time was long since it's inside the airport which is understandable and no one complained. I like the packaging also.
