The food is hot, fresh and correct every time ??
Great burgers just outside of the airport. Sis-in-law had been out of the country traveling for 2 weeks and just wanted a good burger when she got back. The fry lovers burger did the trick. On the drive home we decided it was our new go to for airport pickup food. Fast, good, and reasonable price.
I tried the whiskey bourbon mother cruncher this time chicken sandwich and I would give it a four of five I think it needs a little more flavor or sauce

Rally's has gone down a lot over the years... the food tasted horrible ?... I was very disappointed... the fries tasted like it was fried in old grease... additionally the burger tasted horrible... I won't be going back there
Ordered a double burger with no cheese. They gave me a single burger. I handed it back and they handed me back a double burger this time with cheese. Two wrong burgers in a row.
I Love Rally’s/Checkers Food, especially the Big Buford’s and their Famous Fries ?!! Their Toppings like Onions are so Fresh and mouth watering to Me. Luv the Tea they have and other variety of Drinks offered as well.
The rudest and most impatient employees I’ve ever seen, they rush you while ordering and answering with such a bad manner.
Fast service. The strawberry vanilla swirl ice cream is sooooo good, highly recommend. The fries were crispy, well seasoned, and hot out of the grease. The kids LOVED the chicken bites.
i laugh about it as im typing it. its was all funny but probably the most unprofessional experience. i went there this past because my son was hungry before he got on his flight. attitude and voice was all wrong. i had to order 4 times, because the first 3 times he didn't seem to get it and would yell, " huuuuuh?". not exaggerating the yelling part. i thought the speaker was going out by the register, nope! you can hear every order on that speaker from my car of people after me. he actually kind of get in to it with a lady and her friends because he wasn't getting their order right. the whole time i was at the window him and everyone in there was cussing non stop. the manager was on the fry station letting him and everyone just yell and scream on top of the none stop cussing. we where all laughing in the car in amazement, i looked at everyone in the car and said "welcome New Orleans". after all that i got my order and it was right! sooo kudos for that.
