This will be my LAST visit to this store. First I sat in line for almost 20 minutes and if I could have gotten out I would have, but the order was placed through the app so I’m thinking it should be done when I get to the window. NOPE, I was told to pull up and had to wait again!! Absolutely ridiculous. Inside was closed so what was the hold up on the outside. To top it off, chicken tasted like fried in old grease. NEVER COMING BACK!!!
Got to the place and it took 6 mins for someone to take my order. Employees in the back were yelling at each other. Ordered my food and they forgot the BBQ sauce and biscuit. Went to fill up my drink and they had no large cup lids I had to go under the cabinet and get it myself. Poorly ran facility bad look for one of Louisiana most famous fast food restaurants and to make it worse it’s the very first Popeyes you get to when leaving New Orleans airport.
Rude! We got shouted at because we didn't order using the exact words (and numbers) the order taker wanted to hear. That same person refused to listen to us tell them 3 times that we had coupons, and then tried to refuse to give us the discount. Oh, and s-l-o-w: The drive through took more than 30 minutes when the store was closed to walk-ins. We won't be coming back here.
My fish sandwich was Burt it wasn't good at all every time I go there the food is either cold or old they to high to sell ppl food that way it's just not good won't waste no more money
Popeyes is always hit or miss but I just order a 5 piece chicken tender mild and it was piping hot and delicious. Had to write the a review.
Just drove through and ordered a 16 piece family meal. Drove 20 minutes home and found that I was missing a side order and an apple pie. Just too tired to drive back. This is not the first time.

I went in after my order was incorrect to get the right things that I ordered . I noticed a familiar face ( Ms. Cynthia) who I knew since I was a child . She was asking a gentleman with dread locks, that also works there a question. He got extremely upset talking to Ms. Cynthia in a total disrespectful manner. Than I witnessed him pushing money on the floor as if she was a dog . Made me so sad I cried when I left .
You’ll service has gotten worse and worse, the attention to the costumers is poorly, I’m aware that many factors has affected but that doesn’t give the right for the employees to don’t have a good service towards their costumers. You’ll don’t have all the supplies and products you’ll supposed to sale which is illogical and the waiting time is crazy.
Service was fine, but chicken was over cooked and dried out. Tried mac n cheese but did not like it. Was very dry and strong.
