This restaurant was awesome. Quick friendly service and the food was great. Ordered the chicken strips and fries. Chicken was crunchy on the outside and super juicy and tender. The fries were fresh and crispy. The biscuit was on point as usual. Overall I am very impressed with this location. Outstanding.
I was not in line for very long, but once I got to the speaker, I was asked by the person working the drive thru to give him a minute. 15 minutes later, I had not heard anything, so I asked if I could order. The worker said to give him another minute. I said that it had been 15 minutes and nothing. He said “there are other customers.” This is a fast food place, this amount of time just to order is unacceptable.
Food was terrible. I use to love Popeyes. I can't believe how bad it is now. I was in drive up for at least 45 minutes. Biscuits were hard as rocks red beans and rice tasted old shrimp tasted terrible.
Terrible, the fries were over cooked, the red beans and rice tasted terrible the biscuits were hard as rocks and the shrimp tasted okay not good. I just can't believe how bad Popeyes is now. They used to be great. Really I would give them negative 5 stars
Best Popeye's food I have ever had!! The Texas chain employees should be sent here to learn how to properly cook the food!!!
Sitting here in drive thru and they aren’t even saying anything just ignoring people we had to pull up to deal with rude customer service this place needs to be on undercover boss again because it is absolutely terrible I came here two times before and both times I had to call corporate and file complaints they changed and remodeled the entire store but what they should have changed was the people
Best apple pies and not burnt like some of their restaurants. This place is extremely busy with the line going out into the street though.
Best Popeyes I have ever been to. Im visiting from Out of state and had Popeyes a few times while here. The chicken is sooo good! But this location was amazing! The manager was engaging his employees while providing excellent service! everyone was friendly, service oriented and attentive, the food was cooked perfectly, and it came out quickly. We had three separate orders and they paid attention to what we ordered putting it all together when it was ready. It was fast and clean! Have never had such a great experience at a Popeyes as I did at this location! Definitely highly recommended!
Sitting in line for 15 minutes when a worker comes out and says she's closing the store at 5:30 pm even though business hours are until 7pm. When I called, she stated that she was working by herself. I did speak with the manager and now understand that there have been some challenges and they are working to improve their operations at this location.
Made a online order when we got there to pick it went in and they told us that we had to get in the line got in line and waited 45 minutes and when we was coming up to the window they had 3 people walk in and get there food and walked out. Our food was cold when we finally got it. They was very unprofessional people there. When I picked up at the window they made us pull up our checking account to show them that we paid paid for it.
