Goof customer service. Great pizza ( toppings to the edge ew thin crust pizza) was the bomb.
Placed my order it took 15 min it was ? loved it. Large 3 topping for 10 dollars
Go elsewhere to get quality food! They have a rodent there, a rat named Fared or Fredo. He’s actually supposed to be a manager but is very rude and unprofessional. I was told he was getting promoted. That is laughable!!!!
Good God man, I've had terrible pizza before, but I can't believe I just wasted $30 on such an awful meal. Food tasted as terrible as it looked. Was quality control affected by Corona too?! Smh, totally unbelievable!!!
The staff was non-attentive. Only one person was interacting with customers. The other six personnel were just staying busy. I pre-order for curbside pickup. No one responded. There was a line of nine other customers when I left. It took about 25 minutes before I was ask about my order which was waiting in the heating bin. The service was extremely slow. There was no eurgency to help anyone. The employee was not rude but you could see on her face she was happy to be there.
Service was excellent, Pizza arrived fast, and was delicious. First time I placed an order from this store, good work, driver was very polite and wore his mask and kept social distancing, keep it up!
Very slow service. I ordered 2 orders of just cinnamon rolls, and it took 50 mins for carry out. And the icing tasted spoiled, and one order was burnt. When I arrived to pick up my order 10 mins after ordering online, all the employees were outside smoking, and then proceeded to take 40 mins to make my food.
Put back the seasonings on the crust. We really like the hut favorite.
My order was wrong and the food was cold when I got it. Plus the managers were very rude and keep hanging up on me when I tried to make a complaint. I am very upset with my experience at this pizza hut and need someone to.give me a call
lady we ordered from was discriminatory towards my grandmother and grandfather. lady was rude, unprofessional, and cancelled our order without us asking her to. had to wait 3 hours until we decided to order from a different place.
