I recieved the wrong side item in my carryout order and when I called to try to correct the order, they put me on hold for over 10 minutes and never picked up the phone. Per their bs policy, if you received an incorrect item in a carryout order, you have 30 minutes to reach someone in the store and then they want you to go back to store with the incorrect item. Won't be visiting this location again nor will I be giving my business to this racist business again. On top of it, they had them gen z kids that don't care making the pizza that didn't bother to check if i had the right order. Their new slogan should be, "better ingredients, bigger douchebags".
Disappointed, i ordered my pizza at 7:00 pm, i didnt receive it until 9:30 pm. Also, they didnt even bother to knock on the door they simply just left it on a table outside smh . Im done with this place until they get their stuff together, because just 2 to 3 employees in a pizza business is just plain stupid. They need to just shut it down at this point , its been about a year with this bad service.
HOW CAN THIS PLACE HAVE SUCH A SO CALLED MANAGER IF SHES NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE MATTER…… also is false timing because I was told 30 minutes and is been more then the time I was told the pizza will be delivered like this is so unprofessional if you can’t handle rush hours then why work in the food industry just doesn’t make any sense I wish I can give it a no star rate but I can’t this is the last time o order from here ever just ridiculous of how long of a wait and how by far the MANAGER IS VERY RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE!!!
Currently waiting on a 2 pizza order for 2 hours...has been "on the way" for 54 minutes. We live .9 miles away. Employee answering the phone when we were able to get someone to answer was extremely rude! We love Papa John's pizza but unfortunately they have loss our business!
When I come to a pizza restaurant at noon on a Saturday, I don't expect to see only one person working the whole line. 1.5hrs for one pizza? No, that's messed up.The only reason I give more than one star is because she was a star. These employees need better working conditions or the store needs to be shut down. And she needs a huge bonus for dealing with this and not lashing out at customers who are upset with this Papa John's owner and taking it out on her. This is unfair to the employees and the customers who expect decent service. Will not be contributing to another employee dealing with this stress again. Huge thanks to the employee who made all of the pizzas between 11:30-2. You rock, but you need to get out of this job.
Lady that claims to be the manager is making our pizzas terrible we are loyal customers that order 3 to 4 times a week as it is the easiest food to get I truly believe she doesn’t want us to order from this company so she is making our pizzas terrible because of how often we order I do not know what to do she has hung up on me for no reason and told me I complain all the time as if I wanted something free when what am I supposed to do eat bad pizza that she is making this is getting out of hand
Pizzas good. But I have now had the same experience back to back where I go in store to pick up and an employee brooms a customer trying to place an order claiming over a 2 hour wait... when mine was done in under 15 min. Seems to be an odd practice
There is apparently a 2 hour wait for this store right now- I assume because it’s Mardi Gras and everyone wants pizza. Not a big deal but I guess we will see how the pizza shows up. Will edit this later today.Got my food! It was real hot. Worth the wait. Delivery driver was also very polite.

One of the employees threw me the box of pizza because she was mad of working there. She got even mad because she couldn’t break a fifty dollar bills. - Hilda (family member)
