I had the mushroom, goat cheese, prosciutto, onion pizza. Very good! I also added sausage and asked for mozzarella cheese instead of goat cheese. I ended up getting both cheeses, which was fine. The cheese was actually pretty light. Crust was crisp on the edges and soft in the middle. Service was pleasant!

Faith was the best waitress we’ve ever had!! We left our credit card on accident and she somehow found us at our gate to return it. She was very attentive to us and the food came out quickly as well. Great pizza!

Come On folks, it’s an airport cafe! And the best thing there. Sure not up to date night but pretty, modern, and fairly inexpensive. I appreciated the quiet yet upbeat environment. Polite waitress and quick service Pizza was pretty good.

Nice atmosphere, as they have soft jazz playing and get you away from the crowd. The seats are comfortable. They have outlets for charging.Service is a bit slow, but expected at an airport. They do have a scan to pay, which is very nice because you don't have to wait for the check. As for the food, lukewarm fries and a mediocre burger. Next time I'll try a pizza.

The place has stepped up its game recently because we had a great experience. We had to wait a couple of minutes for a table, but the service was excellent once seated. You can opt to use a QR code to order, which consolidates the order for the table or use the server. It made things super-efficient. Our food came out very quickly and was piping hot. We all got the shrimp po boy (because of NOLA), which was huge. The shrimp were fresh and delicious. I ate mine with a knife and fork because it was so big. I'd recommend getting a side of aioli or other sauce. The fries were great, too; just the right size and crispness.

Avoid. Bad service, worse quality food. Under cooked fries, shrimpy shrimp and cold toasted bread (how is that even possible). It’s nothing but a name. Chef Susan Spicer should remove her name from the MSY restaurant. It tarnishes her good reputation.

Waitress started banging chairs at the bar demanding all people move their seats and became verbally insulting as we attempted to follow her sporadic barking! No manager got involved ! We left our two beers (with two sips taken) at the bar and they made us pay cash…wouldn’t take credit cards!?? At the airport?!

In the 50 years I have been alive, that literally was the worst Pizza I have ever had. I had to ask for a side of marinara for tipping to make it better. The marinara definitely is one of the key components to why the pizza was so bad. To add to the overall amazing experience, I was even told "I am not your server" when I asked a different server who was passing by. I would advise that you do not go anywhere near this place no matter how hungry you are.

When you walk in, the hostess tells you to scan the code on table and walks away. Using an Apple phone, the code doesn't scan. Using an Android, the code doesn't scan. We ask for a menu and at first she tells us there are none. She takes an attitude that we're idiots. We talk about going elsewhere and suddenly she can find a menu. Takes our drink order. 10 minutes later no drinks. We ask status. The bartender is busy talking with cute guys at the bar. We tell our waitress we're leaving. She says she'll get our drinks right away. Bartender serves new customer. Doesn't seem to have our order. Waitress convinces her to get our drinks. This is about as bad as it gets.

Kind staff, the ceaser wrap and meatballs were delicious. There weren’t too many choices on the menu, but all of them were good. I liked that you could choose your own cold food and then seat yourself. Place was clean and not super busy. Thanks for a good lunch!
