Asked for no onions for a number 7 I told your employees 3 times and they still put onions on my order this has happened 15 other times that I have gone here
Here’s my review! Paid for large fry and got it half way filled along with a hot and spicy with a slap of mayo and some lettuce. I know times are tough but get it together McDonald’s.
Bad service & lots of waiting!The person on the other end of drive thru: hello what do you want? Us: 3 happy meals with cheeseburgers. -complete silence for 5 minutes and us saying hello? Drive thru worker: 2 happy meals? Us: no 3 —complete silence another 5 minutes. Drive thru worker: what drinks us: apple juice and an iced coffee -complete silence for 10 minutes and we ended up leaving. All while a huge line forms behind us just waiting too.
Ordered the quarter pounder deluxe, with cheese. I read the menu it said quarter pounder cheese lettuce tomato red onion pickle mayonnaise. There were two burgers ordered neither one had tomato neither one had red onion and one did not have mayonnaise and was supposed to. Very disappointing was looking forward to eating a good burger . Tried calling no answer
This place had been busted for the last several months and they somehow got a remodel. Ice cream, nah. Receipt,, nah. Hot food at noon, nah. Waiting forever in line because the night crew making tik tocs at the pick up window, yeah.
It took 20 min to get 2 ice teas that were hot with no ice. Won't be back. Had the car in front of me messed up 2.
Listed as dine in WHAT A JOKE! Don't bother stopping there so you can take a break from driving or stop to use the restroom dining room is closed or they're just too lazy to open the door.
This McDonald's is run down still in need of repairs post Hurricane Ida the service sucks like most fast food places these days. There's no pride in their work no matter what you get paid take pride in your job!!! Clean the place and pick up trash around the restaurant geez. Food is what you'd expect... OKAY
Machines are down, app doesn't connect, slow service,. I waited in line for 16 minutes. I was at the window and had paid my money. I went to the next window to get my food and still waited; they still didn't have my order ready. The food for my order was cold, ice was in my drink(always say no ice) , and no friesWorst McDonald's ever!!!
Food quality is hit or miss. Orders are wrong almost half the time. Sometimes out of drink flavors. Most of the time the employee interactions are friendly with occasional attitude.
