I would give this place zero stars if that option was available. I arrived at this location to purchase kids meals. Once I placed my order I was told they didn't have any drinks available. When I pulled forward I asked if they had running water and the answer was no. I asked how they were sanitizing after using the restroom. The employee stated we just put on gloves. The manager was standing right beside him and she never answered. That is so disgusting. I just pulled off and will never return. Also sending this information to the health inspector.
Food was fine if a little slow. Bathroom was a little dirty which isn't a great sign. No napkins in the seating area for some reason.
Never have their mcflurries up wnd running mc doanalds really has lost the special touch the bagels sandwiches were my favorite NOW i will act as if mc donalds is backround scenery
I ordered on the app went in to pick up my order waited 14 minutes because I didn't have any unsweet tea made I'm diabetic so unsweet tea it's something that I need to have POOR SERVICE ... but this is normal for this location just wish they would make changes!!!
I was there 5/27/22 at 640am and service took forever. Waited in line at the ordering speaker for 15 mins with nobody taking my order. I eventually gave up and left. Horrible service. Yes the place was open!
Despite a "open 24 hours" status, the doors were closed at 6:45 am on a Thursday morning and no one answered at the drive-thru window. Literally, no answer. I could see employees inside, but no one would acknowledge the customer.A total and complete fail. 0 stars would be more accurate.
I always come the Loyola location and a lot of times my order is right but occasionally, they totally mess it up. Today was one of those days. I ordered a iced caramel macchiato with extra Expresso to go with my egg biscuit but instead of the macchiato, they gave me an iced coffee ?! I've been calling for the past 15 minutes and they just let the fone ring!!? Soooo irritating!!! Teach your employees how to make the drinks properly!!!!
This is the worst McDonald's ever! I placed a mobile order of 3 orders of hot cakes&sausage and they only gave 1 syrup and 1 fork&knife" no napkins (Certain)worker's& manager's have a don't care attitude! Drive thru is horrible no verbal communication from the person giving the customer there food"....JUST UNPROFESSIONAL in every way ????
Very rude to customers. Do not recommend do stop here. They would get your order wrong, especially if it’s a big order.
The drive thru operator said could you hold on for 1 minute. One minute turned into 6 minutes. I pulled off from the drive thru line, I come around the corner, and not a single car was at either window. The person as t the first drive thru window was posting selfies of herself.
