Practically every experience at this location has been great! I go out of my way to come to this location as its always typically both quick and consistent on the orders. Would recommend this location over any others in the entire Metairie/Kenner area.
Always friendly at this location. They even offered my dog a cold water ? .. Usually gets the orders right. For a McD's it's pretty nice.
The drive thru is a joke. Thry have this ridiculous idea that You can split the lineup into two when your order and then everybody has to merge again before you can pay and get your food. If you just happen to get in the wrong line and get behind somebody who is slow or a slow cashier then three or four cars can pass you even though you were ahead of them in the drive-thru line. It’s like this at all McDonald’s now so I generally don’t go here anymore… it really doesn’t speed things up.
Look at this food I got for free because I got the wrong order and didn't check my bag till I got home.? I was supposed to just get free nuggets and fries from the app because the app gives free food coupons.

Food was fresh and good. Service wasn't bad either.
Why is the lobby closed? Also they don't give ketchup unless you ask if you ask only 2 is given if you ask for more expect a frown, just really disappointed
This is the best drive thru to order. They're fast and got it together. Food is warm and fresh. Have long line whenever I go but you're done is less than 3 minutes after them taking your order.
