Hot dog was ok. No robust flavor or spice. Employee was inattentive the entire time. Sloppy service and she had an attitude.
Food is always good here but it just seems like they’re starting to care less and less about customer service. Girl with the glasses on food duty was unnecessarily rude to coworker and especially customers. Please change the attitude training to make it a pleasurable stop
I was REFUSED NAPKINS by the woman working and closing your counter on February 19! NAPKINS!!!I was happily told I could walk back over toShake shack (where I ordered my food) to get some. I was alone with my 7yo child and 2 bags, which I would have had to pack up to walk around another corner to get.She didn’t blink in dismissing my reasonable request, but was sure to smile and help a pilot once she was “closed”Needless to say, service here is lacking and the rudeness of this woman was unmatched.Hope you have a great night knowing you showed me who was boss over napkins you refused to allow me to use.Lucky dog is done! Just don’t go
My bread was molded. Cashier stated “I thought I checked all of them. I must’ve missed that one.” If one bun is moldy in the pack, the whole pack should be discarded. She then asked “Do you want your money back?” Well of course! She was polite, but food should be inspected thoroughly before serving.
Lucky dogs is a delicious choice when waiting on your flight. I particularly enjoy the creole sausage dog with chili and extra cheese... mmm getting hungry again
If I could have a 0 I would. I was excited for 2 weeks to get to the airport to go to Lucky Dog. I purchased 2 creole sausage dogs from the airport for $18. When I got to the car and started eating, I noticed the sausages were old and stale. They had hard parts in the sausage, plus the bread had black burnt marks. I called to file a complaint and management didn’t care. He didn’t even try to offer any accommodations. All he wanted to do is get me off the phone. I guess they got me out of $18 and we had to throw both of them away. Save your money. $18 bucks is a lot to give to a company that don’t care. Unless you ask for it to be fresh. It maybe common practice for the airport to save the sausages from the prior day.
The workers agreed to stay late for the stranded passengers when all other places close. And they had a great attitude! Thank you!
Ummmm, it taste ok, not really better than the 1.99 with soda at Costco. Can’t recommend to anyone.
Slower than molasses. 30 minutes to serve a line of ten people. You better have time. This was with two employees...serving: hot dogs. They were more concerned with eating their own food and talking with random other airport employees that stopped by (who cut the line...which slowed things down even more). One of the employees only had one gloved hand, serving food...the ungloved hand she was using to eat her food, while licking her fingers (eating a pretzel) ...then touched customer's food. But, after standing in line so long and being hungry, what can you do. So I still ordered and ate it... pretty good hot dog. Improve the customer experience and they might turn over real numbers.
Thank you to the 2 ladies that serves us at MSY Lucky Dog! We went while waiting on our delayed flight…@7:15pm…even though they closed at 6pm they continued to service us with a smile!!! They ran out of everything but jumbo dogs and it was delicious….Much appreciated service with everything else closed in the airport already. You’re the best!!!
