I ordered stuffed crust pizza and it was regular. I can’t call them because they can’t take my call.

Cheese pizza made everyone really sick that ate from it. Probably terribly bad cheese or even cross contamination. Won’t be back.

Order was 40 minutes late. Called the driver and she “claimed” that the pizza wasn’t ready when she got there. I ordered extra sauce and 2 crazy sauces. The order arrived I’ve cold with no sauce on the pizza and the crazy sauce was like tomato juice. Called the company three times and left feedback twice from the website and ZERO response. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY…Lost a loyal customer for Papa John’s or Domino’s

The one on Loyola Drive by the Sam's club is the only one opened. Very busy place. Don't try to call bc they will not answer.

Terrible just awful. I will be honest about my experience with this location. I always order online so that i can skip the waiting and at first it was great service in less that 15 minutes my order would be ready. But today on Dec 9. 21 i ordered a simple $5 hot and ready with crazy sauce. I literally waited for more that 45 minutes for a simple order. And as i waited outside i see customers coming in and leaving with their pizza quickly. Needless to say i find it very unprofessional to make online orders customers wait for a $5 pizza.

Terrible service. Ignored by staff and when I finally got their attention they were rude.

They do not participate in this year's veterans day deals that were advertised, very disappointed will not be doing business here if they don't t support veterans

Absolutely horrible we ordered through Uber eats half of our food was missing and pizza was cold. We went back ourselves to get the food we didn't get and waited 30 mins. Service was horrible.

I always get the $5 hot and ready. It's nothing extravagant, but it's actually good pizza for $5. I went to other Little Caesars in New Orleans, and they were subpar. Not so this one.

Ordered through the Little Ceasars app and when the delivery came, it was missing one of the two pizzas. Called the store and the person who answered the phone said we need to call Door Dash. Since when do you need to call a delivery company that you didn't order your food through? If I had ordered through Door Dash, that would be understandable, but having ordered through Little Ceasars, I feel it is on them to resolve since we have nothing to tell us about the Door Dash delivery.I then went to the store to ask to speak to the manager. It was locked up 30 minutes before closing and when the manager finally came to the door, rather than trying to resolve the issue or find a solution like a good manager he said to call Door Dash again, and when I asked him who at Door Dash to call, he stated that I should google it. Great customer service there.
