Employees kids running around inside. Inside is not in fact open up for online orders even though the 10 signs around say so. Chicken was soggy, falling apart, old, and just depressing looking. The taste was about what you would expect from it's look. Ordered food to be picked up and was ready 20 minutes after designated time. We were missing some side dishes as well.
I didn't recieve everything from my order and the chicken I received was not cooked all the way. the breading was runny not crispy at all. they were out of alot of items. very disappointed. would not recommend anyone going to this location! I took pictures too.
I tried to give them a chance again..but still not good..Now I completely understand having the dining area completely closed...the drive thru speaker closed..have to order at the first window..without a menu. Long lines..slow service..I get that part..but...the food...why does the food still have to be so crappy...Soggy Chicken..that looks more like it's grilled in oil then fried..Dry coleslaw..Hard Biscuits...and then the fries, they are hard and burnt looking..like they were old and refried..Food has not improved...I chose this place because Popeyes had a long long line..but their food is AMAZING!! Next time I will wait..
I definitely wouldn’t recommend this KFC my stuff looked like it was ran through a car wash and put in a box

The KFC recipe has changed years ago and the chicken doesn’t taste the same like years ago. We aren’t crazy about how it tastes now, wish it would go back to where the Colonel has made the chicken.
