We went here for Father’s Day . I called ahead to ask the buffet prices and was told 15.99 and 8.99 for children. We get in eat the foods decent but nothing special . I get our bill and it’s $111I asked the waitress cleaning tables why the prices were $20 a person instead of $16 and she immediately got defensive and said that because it’s Father’s Day they up charge. I told her that we were told $16 and $9 for children and she got rude and said “I just work here I just work here you talk to them”.I didn’t appreciate the tone . Nor did I appreciate that we were given false price info . It’s a scam to not tell people over the phone , not tell them when they walk in the door and wait until they are done eating to throw a $111 bill at them !That’s a $4 upcharge on each plate .For $20 a plat I could have eaten at a quality restaurant with clean bathrooms and nicer staff .
Way to much for the same food everyday I mean for just two people it was 50.00 can you imagine a large family just saying the place is dirty kids running around tables not clean staff is very rude and talk in their language so very uncomfortable the food is good just for the environment I guess I would not pay 50.00 at all
Great Japanese food! It just wasn't better, because one of the dishes was already cold in the afternoon. The receptionist is always very helpful and polite.
Did not follow cdc rules and way to much food poison sushi not in room temp I nver come back to this place they need follow rhe rules and did not have permits for there health issues
Before Covid, my family loved eating at Jumbo Buffet. Covid caused many challenges in terms of availability and selections. Today, the choices were plenty just as it was before Covid. I miss the variety of food options and the food was great. The customer service was awesome too.
These people are very rude and make you feel like they don’t need your busines . i’m Years old customer who always ignored their waitresses” misconducts But this kind of nonsense coming from the manager/owner was unexpected. this shows the staff is well trained by the authority to disrespect and give looks to the customers . we walked in 8:40 pm the lady ( who said claims to be the one who makes rules there ) asked her to follow her to the table and then stops to warn us there won’t be more food coming in so you guys can check out the food trays before sitting . We did and they had barely anything left, we asked them how long would be able to eat for? The lady said 30 minutes so we said that’s fine we waited for her as she started to check out customers . she came to us and said oh you guys have 15 minutes . My husband asked her to clarify that he was told we could do 30 minutes. so this RUDE lady said “well it’s going to be 15 minutes now. and sorry we cannot take you we are closed. “ she went on to say she doesn’t have to serve us. This was very unprofessional of them to deal with the situation.
This place is overrated for sure. I moved in the area new and thought of checking this place out. Food is okay tasting but the restaurant is dirty. The waitress was trying to dust the windows while people were sitting right next and eating. Hibachi bar had old looking meat and Their ice cream machine was broken and had had flies around it. I wouldn’t recommend for families . Its a very bad ambience . Think twice before going. It was horrible experience .
Food was okay. Waitress was not up to doing well. The men's restroom look like there was a fight with items torn off walls. The women's restroom wasn't that great as in no other be cleaned.
i couldn't decide what to dig into first! so many options to choose from, and great items for younger kids as well!! from wings to chicken nuggets, pizza, FRIES. we loved it. 10/10 recommend
This is a really good Chinese buffet this place has more food than you can eat has so many different choices people polite courteous clean I can't say enough really good place to go and eat go enjoy yourself take your family Jumbo buffet is the place...
