Just a great place too eat. The cook who did my food did a excellent job.
Got to this establishment about 11:15 or 11:20 PM and it was probably 5 or so minutes before we were seated. Im assuming it was the manager that sat us. Manager took our drink order and got them to us quickly. Thats when the egregious wait began. We were there for 30 minutes without so much as server acknowledging our existence. Im not going back there at night. Clearly dont have their ish in order.
A day to God is a million deaths ⚰️?? for myself 35 mins felt like thirty five minutes. Twice. Felt like I done sat in curbside for two sunsets ????? ok food. They give you what you ordered.
Our server was great, I had company in town and I told him how great this IHOP is. They go above and beyond and treat people good and the food is always so good thank you ihop on Williams I will always be a loyal customer
I placed an order online for curbside pickup. My oder was supposed to be ready at 5:35. I called inside and was told 5 more minutes. At 5:57 I went in and my order was sitting on the counter. The check in tool said at 5:45 it was ready and being brought to me. That never happened. They had two people inside. I don't have a problem going in but at least say that.
We were lucky to get a table right away, this location is always busy. The waitress was friendly and the order was served quickly. I ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrown and toast. The only reason i gave them 4 star is for the coffee it was lukewarm.
We have visited this location before and it was fine. Nothing amazing but fine. Today, the food and the service were terrible. I don't usually post bad reviews as I know everyone has a bad day but this was horrible. Burnt chicken tenders, chicken was dry and missing the ranch sauce. We just couldn't get the waitress attention. Every table around us had to ask for drinks, condiments and even the bill, multiple times.
Dont know where to begin. Had the Mozzarella sticks for Apps, they were good, we were excited for our entree. Sad to say, never ever ever everrrr again. Once she brought our entrees, french toast & Belgium waffles she didnt even bring syrup. She said shed bring it when she brough the entrees, but there we sat…For 10 mins. Manager looked lost like he didnt know where he was, or he just woke up. Drinks were watered down, didnt even finish our first drinks. Waiter asked if we needed boxes, I laughed. dont come here….

Went after parade, there was one cook and one a waitress! Even tho The weight was a little long in a sitting area the service was great and the food came out fast we definitely tip the cook and the waitress
