Pros: great food. Great Playlist. All around enjoyable. Casual fun with boiled seafood. Not in a high traffic area.Cons: automatic 18% gratuity over $100. One house platter for 2 is $108. It doesn't matter how good or bad your waiter is.
My daughter & I eat here often out the week. My favorite is the crawfish bag , my server is normally Minnie & she does an amazing job. Such a sweet person & a great server, she always there for a great conversation & all out an amazing person! Love to see it great job fiery crab!
1st time here last week! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Got the boiled snow crab and shrimp combo with the everything house special seasoning dip on the side. Came with corn, sausage and a few potatoes. The seafood was boiled well, and had a nice flavor. Combined with the seasoning sauce, everything tasted great! Don't forget to ask for lemons to squeeze over too! Alcoholic drinks were not so great, but not horrible. Good portions. Great service from reception to CB our table server! Would definitely come again!
Taylor the waitress was very nonchalant, her body language said a whole lot of negativity I told her that something was biting on me she laughed about it and said she didn’t know what it could be. There was a party of four sitting at the table he always itchy. I think it was nets biting on us. She forgot about half our order she also served us a frozen piece of cheesecake cheesecake frozen to go when we wanted to eat it here. She tries her best to put on her best face but her best face was not good enough hot body language was horrible and she forgot everything that we asked her for. She also are received in her pocket because she forgot part of our order. I really felt rushed like the service was not appreciate it she was like she was rude indigenous and really did not want to be bothered.Unhappy and unsatisfied customer I will not be coming back again.
We came in 30 minutes before closing, the first thing the gentleman at the door did was look at his watch. When he did seat us out order was taken pretty quickly but here we sit 15 minutes later and no drink. I asked the same gentleman at the door if we could get our drinks he looked around and said well there is your waiter. The waiter had finally came out of the back but was helping an other table so here we sit still with no drinks contemplating if we should go to the Chinese restaurant down the street. We won't be back here no matter what the food tastes like.The waiter just told us our food was on its way so I asked out our drinks. He had to walk over to the table to ask what our drinks were he had forgotten and our ticket was in the back.
My first time there. My server, Alex, was lovely, engaging and attentive. I had the small crab salad, char-grilled oysters and crab rangoon (not pictured. I ate them before I took the picture). My sister had the lunch special seafood basket with sweet potato fries.
Had a wonderful birthday party there for my sister -n-law Quiv. I highly recommend you go there and enjoy while you can!!!!Y.O.L.O
We ordered the lunch baskets: flounder with sweet potato fries and the shrimp po boy. The flounder was ok, nothing great. The shrimp po boy was good. Service was really slow. With so many other choices look somewhere else
Just have to go for yourself everything about that restaurant in my experience with that restaurant was fantastic the staff excellent punctual take care of all you needs everybody checks on you make sure you got what you need it's great food great prices great atmosphere it's just a really great place highly recommend and I will certainly be going back
This wasn't a good experience at all. We ate at the one in Baton Rouge, so we thought it would be as good and it wasn't even close. It took around an hour to get our food, and when it arrived myself along with a friend both ordered the crawfish platter and it was terrible. The crab legs were cold(even though it took an hour to come out) and the crawfish seemed to be old and overcooked. The shells were crazy soft and when you pulled the tails there was gross black substance coming from them. The seasoning was also pretty bad, we ordered the all in one mix and a hot level of spicy and you would be hard pressed to taste much of anything. Another meeber of our party got the fried snapper and ended up getting pretty sick that night around 3 am, so not too sure what happened there. I get everyone has their bad days, but this was very unpleasant as we had not eaten all day and spent $50+ each for food that we didn't want to finish. I wanted to say that the server we had was great, very friendly and very attentive. We tipped her well as she can't control what the kitchen does.
