I enjoyed every bite! the food and service were excellent! The manager even engages with you to see how you are enjoying your experience. Definitely looking forward to going back!
Edit to owner: Thank you for responding to my review, but there's no further discussion needed. The prices I'm referring to are the ones when you google this restaurant and choose the order online link from the google page. Not sure how many items are wrong but the combination plates are listed as $13.99 and your restaurant is charging $16.99. I understand inflation but as I said the amount charged vs what is provided is not a reasonable value. Have a great dayBe forewarned, prices in restaurant are about 20% higher than listed on website. They must have raised prices recently and not have updated the google order menu. I understand a price hike with current inflation but if I would’ve known that the $13.99 combination platter I ordered was actually $16.99, I would not have ordered it. $18+ for a burrito, tamale, taco and refried bean plate is absolutely ridiculous.
Two weeks ago I ordered online. Message came through that food was ready for pickup. I arrive and they told me it had already been picked up. I said no, I didn't pick up. Then they said they didn't have to order. I ordered again. Paid. Food came out. Fast forward a few days...two charges on the credit card. I had to dispute one. Two weeks later...online order. Ribeye and steak fajita and a few sides including shrimp. Picked up. Get home. Missing the steak fajita dinner. Called and told them. Said I was coming back. Get there and tell the woman at the bar. She goes in back. Out comes a big guy with a white shirt. He crosses his arms and stared at me. I told him what happened. He says, "I prepared your order and it was all there." I said it was not. He just stares at me like I'm lying. I said are you going to get my fajita? He stared at me. He asked if I had the rest of the order with me. I said no. My wife is home eating hers. I had the steak fajita. He shrugged his shoulders. I said are you going to get my food? He stared at me. I said, If you don't go get my food, I'm going to bring the rest back and throw it on the bandstand. He went back and got the food...and doubled the order. When I got home with the food, I had lost my appetite when I thought this guy may have put something in my food. I threw it away. I'll never set foot on there again.
Great food and great environment! I was a bit skeptical based on the name that they knew how to make quality Mexican food but it was really good. I loved mixing the beans with salsa that they leave on the table to eat with chips. I ordered the chicken fajitas and there was so much food! We were able to sit on the patio and enjoy a live band and great music.
Great food and great service.The location is good as well with ample parking. There is a large outdoor seating area with a small stage - there was no event when I went; however, this is probably a great space for music or sports nights.10/10 would recommend.
colorful from the outside in, from the plates to food. always have music playing and although im not a huge fan of mexican, we love going here anyway. many many options!! even for the kids!
First thing they should do is change there name from mexican grill to tex-mex. The place looks nice inside and out, staff was okay. This place is so over price for the type of food there serving, $26 per person is crazy(not including tip), each plate is $17 and up. The food wasn't good at all, chip salsa and salsas that came on the burrito and enchilada tasted like is was from a cann, the burrito tasted like cardboard, the Chile relleno dint have fresh Mexican cheese, one taco almost $4. You would imagine that if the prices are so high at least the food would be good. I think they should make there menu way smaller and focus on making quality food. Never returning to this place

It was fantastic. Enjoyed my cucumber margarita. My aunt loved her pineapple habanero margarita. Spicy but delicious . Pollo Loco light and yummy. Band was great. Wonderful atmosphere . Terrific experience ?
I’ve been to all 3 El Paso restaurants and the Kenner location is the best. We sat at the bar and Viviana took great care of us. Our drinks were on point! The top shelf margaritas are not here to play with anyone!! Take them seriously. I also had the blueberry martini. It was sweet and smooth. Not as aggressive as my margaritas on the rocks. Will be coming back during happy hours!
