Food was delicious and we had a very friendly server

Never had a bad meal!! Very rich and favorable. Tasty

Crab beignets were incredible! Lightly battered, seasoned crab filling. My crawfish ravioli had a light smoky cheese filling that wasn't too-overly- rich, topped with fresh sauteed crawfish in a light creamy sauce. My niece said the Copeland burger with tiger sauce and pickled zucchini on a croissant was delicious! Dessert was their trademark bananas foster. It was good but bananas tasted a tiny bit overripe. The Copeland margarita was tasty but tasted like juice and was watery.

Be warned. If you buy gift cards from this location ensure that you get a receipt with proof that funds are on the card. We ordered online and used a gift card that had $50.00 on the card. Our order was around $45.00. There was an issue and we provided two $50.00 to server to correct issue. Server said he got with a manager and the order was paid for and both cards had funds on them. We ordered online again a few weeks later with $0.00 on both cards. Attempted to sort out issue with manager and he stated there was nothing he could do and that the server who originally helped us had no business attempting to fix gift cards. Upon returning home, went online to see when or where transactions for gift cards were spent. It showed that the previous order we had, where the server said he helped, charged both cards for the order. So we paid $100.00 for a $45.00 order. Server messed us over. Manager had no resolution. Do not use a card at this place unless you get a receipt showing a balance and ensure that a manager is the one you conduct business with.To Copelands of Kenner. I really wanted your business to do well as we enjoyed numerous meals over the years at this location but we will not be doing business with this location ever again.

Whole experience was awful. Service was horrible. Food sat under the lamp forever while our waitress took several weed breaks. Quality of food was beyond terrible. Management was notified of our whole experience and we were basically told “too bad”. I do not want to smell weed, eat cold food with zero favor and dry noodles because sauce wasn’t provided and drink a room temp martini because it sat at the bar forever - all with being treated like we were lieing by the MANAGER! We paid, we left and WILL NEVER be back. This is not the end either. Upper management will be notified until we are satisfied. I work in the service industry. We are short handed like everyone else. I can not smoke joints in between customers, can’t ignore customer complaints, and i surely can not have a manager that doesn’t put the customers concerns first.

My husband and I decided to go to Copeland's for our anniversary. I checked the menu and prices online before we went. We have always liked the Spinach and Artichoke Dip Appetizer and I noticed it was half price for Happy Hour between 4 & 7 on weekdays. We arrived around 6 and we told the waitress we wanted that even before looking at the menu. After ordering the appetizer and trying to decide on the entree I noticed it said the prices for Happy Hour were only good if you ordered at the bar. I immediately questioned the waitress and she said that was correct and that this changed recently and the workers and customers were not happy. I told her that little detail was missing from the website and she said that was correct. It hadn't been updated yet. So I asked her if I were to walk over to the bar and order the same appetizer would I get it $7 cheaper (It is 13.99 normally)? She said yes but at this point I had already ordered and was very upset. She said would would send the manager over. The manager came and agreed with everything the waitress said. She claimed there was a meeting with the Corporate Office just that morning to ask them to reconsider and change the discounts to the whole restaurant but nothing came of the meeting. I went on and on and she said since it was our anniversary she would give us the appetizer half price. The appetizer in itself was disappointing. The fried pasta was soggy and tasted like old grease. Both of our entrees were way too salty, Crab cakes and Shrimp Alfredo and the Shrimp and Tasso Pasta. When the bill came my husband noticed the $7 was never taken off. We let it go but when leaving the restaurant we ran into the Manager. I told her she never adjusted the bill she said she had gotten sidetracked and forgot. All in all this was not a good experience and only getting Happy Hour prices at the bar is terrible!!!! Will not be going back there any time soon and will steer others from doing the same.

It's was a first date. The tuna dip was different but good. We have a very good time

Was very disappointed. Normally a great meal. This time I did a pick up order and requested not to be picked up until 715. Food was cold so obviously was made too early. Also I had a hamburger and tomatoes chef put on was the stem part. Had to remove them. Also the burger was way smaller than the bun. Lettuce was wilted too so that tells me was made too early based on my pickup time.

Great food at a fair price. However, due to recent economic circumstances, their amount of menu items has been drastically reduced. This is disappointing even if necessary. Our servers were excellent and we had a nice relaxing meal! One last thing, there was a guy smoking a cigarette a few feet from the front door. We caught a big whiff of his stink and it ruined the good vibes of the good meal. Just saying, put a smoking section far away from the front door...Thanks!
