I went here and waited in a 30 minute line. I get to the door, and I'm told that they are closed. The door clearly states that they close at 10pm. The service was terrible. The lady on the microphone said "I'm sorry we closed there's nothing I can do about it." THEY NEED TO AT LEAST STATE A REASON WHY THEY CLOSED EARLY! I was looking forward to getting my chicken. The line had about 15 cars.
The people that work at this Church's Chicken is very rude very inconsiderate and all of need to be fired
The post-pandemic labor market sums up waiting 45 minutes in a drive-thru line for “fast food”, so that isn’t my gripe. Firstly, many thanks to those that work in the service industry. The staff at Church’s Kenner, LA location didn’t seem competent enough to get the job done. I was berated by the cashier in the window after she continuously dismissed my concern. The manager did try to rectify the issue, but she simultaneously contributed to the problem when she mistook my order. I’m glad the food was fresh, because the service was trash.
Attempted to eat here at 730 pm only to be rudely told they only had 3 thighs and a few tenders only and weren't cooking any more. Very disappointing
Staff was beyond rude. Yelled at my husband in front of our young son. My husband waited 25 minutes for our food. After waiting that long time, he was told they didn't have everything for our order. He was rightfully annoyed at the situation and asked for a refund. He was treated as if he was in the wrong and spoken to in a way that should have resulted in termination. Of course this person was a manager.

Close this place immediately. Customer service is a joke, can't use bathrooms, drive through going through construction. It's just terrible overall. I'm highly disappointed.
I ordered mixed 16 piece spicy 40.61 and got all dark,mistly legs. Terrible.
