Order rejected by restaurant on uber eats 10 min after it wad placed. Restaurant still showing available for orders. If they cannot fill orders, they should not be logged in to accept orders.
The food is good, and I love their tacos and tostada, but the service is really bad. The waitresses need to be trained in customer service.
We went to eat !! then we got blocked in by someone that parked in back of us !!! We asked everyone if it was there car !!! No one answered!!! 40 minutes later a guy comes out that is sitting by the front door !!! Saying he didn't hear the announcement by the DJ !!! never going back there ever !!! what would of been a great night !!! turned into a horrible night !!
Great food, terrible service, ambiance and wait times.If you're willing to wait 50 minutes for four tacos on Taco Tuesday, the tacos are actually really good. I like some live dj as much as the next gal, but the volume is way too loud for such a small spot. You won't be able to talk to someone sitting right next to you, trust me. The ringing in your ears will follow you for a couple of hours afterward, too. The volume is so loud and annoying the serves have a pointing system in place to place your order. Parking is a nightmare and people are very inconsiderate, parking right in front of your car and blocking your exit. I understand the servers are busy and all establishments are having a staffing shortage, but the servers will walk past your table several times without acknowledging you and, once you get their attention and ask for something, they'll go to the back a few times and walk past your table a few times more without acknowledging you.

I've only been on taco Tuesday. It's only worth it because of the great specials they have. Parking is horrible as many mentioned. Service is basically horrible. The girls are pretty and nice but very unattentative. We had to ask multiple times for drinks, food, togo boxes etc. The girls really need to work on their service. They will receive better tips and customers would want to come back. But as for me. I will be back anyway. You can't be the prices and the quality. Great $1 tacos and tequila shots. The $3 margaritas are usually good too.
I'm from So. Cal. & this is the best Mex. food I've found yet . Very authentic, great service .
The food was decent. The service was extremely slow, even to bring my table the check. The dessert was horrible! I ordered the tres leches cake and it was dry and chalky. I explained that to the waitress and she replied with "that's how it is" and said she couldn't take it off my check. I only had one bite of the small cake. She brought out the person in charge, and she explained to me that the cake is frozen and it wasn't defrosted enough. She also reiterated that she couldn't take it off my check. Apparently it's their policy because if they did it for me, they would have to do it for all the customers. Which, in my opinion they should. The small slice of cake was $6, so I wasn't going to argue over $6.The parking lot is very small and although they offer free valet, if you self park next door where the valets are parking, a tow company will tow the vehicle.I would not recommend this place.
