Horrible food quality at breakfast: the chick fillet biscuit was so dry, the biscuit literally crumbled in my hand, the coffee tasted pretty old even though I ordered it at 6 in the morning when you expect a fresh brew. Total waste of $7.

No CFA sauce? No eggs? No CHEESE? No thanks. Food was so bad. I have never had rubber chicken and hard biscuits from CFA before. That was a first.

I asked the employees a simple question and they were extremely rude to me. I have never had this experience before at a Chick-fil-a!

The manager must have been off today! Horrible food!!! Burnt, cold fries and an old cold chicken sandwich. Just sad! The wait was extra long too! It was not my pleasure to eat there today!

This place is a discrase to the Chick-fil-A franchise. Up to order at 7pm they don't close until 8pm. I was told they aren't making any more food and to pick from the old stuff in the window. Even than they got the order wrong. Food taste was bad, like old nuggets and floppy fries. Chick-fil-A please look into this one.

Requested a club deluxe, was told they were only doing regular and spicy. Said ok, may I have a regular deluxe. Said they cant do it. Asked if they were out of cheese, told “No we have cheese but we’re short staffed and have no one to build it.” I asked so, you can make the sandwich but someone cant grab a slice of cheese? Was told “thats correct because we’re short staffed and everyone has a station.” Chick-Fil-A corporate should step in and either fix this atrocious customer service, or shut down the location.

I have never met such a rude employee at a fast food restaurant. Incredibly rude to other employees and to customers. The restaurant also closed far earlier than the posted hours.

Employees were so rude. The gentleman in front of me was literally yelled at when ordering because he couldn’t hear the employee from behind the glass while she wore her mask and spoke at a low volume. My food was kind of warm and only one person behind the counter seemed pleasant. The employee taking my order rolled her eyes when I asked for more than 1 sauce.

The guy who took my order very unsociable and unfriendly. Ordered #1 deluxe with no cheese and was told it didn’t come with cheese so told him it did and to look at menu. This didn’t go over well apparently be cause our sandwiches had cheese on them when we got them. Let’s do some more training in menu and social skills people.

The service is horrible and the employees are incredibly disorganized. I walked up to the register and the employee requested that I hit the cancel button because a previous customer started to order. I hit the red button and she began to take my order. After I paid she handed me my receipt. She never asked me my name. I then stood in the order pickup area as the employees stood around looking. One began to make hisself a drink. They proceed to give food to everyone that ordered after me. I stated that I still didn’t have my food. The asked what my order was. One of the stated that her order is under the previous customer’s name too. So then she proceeds to pack another order and I stated that wasn’t what I asked for. She rudely stated “that’s not for you!” And another employee stated “someone else has your food. She called your name you should’ve been listening.” But she didn’t call my name. She called the other customer’s name. So she gave the food to the wrong person and had the nerve to be rude to me because she didn’t close out the previous customer correctly. Never again!
