Not a great experience here. Waited over 15 min for food after ordering and then went to enjoy our large fruit cup to find it barely half full. Sorry CFA but you lowered the bar today.
Not sure what has resulted in such a decline at this location. Upon opening one of our chicken minis, a roach crawls out. Kid you not! In addition to previously poorly prepared meals and wrong orders in the past, this was the last straw for us. We have been going to this location for years now and it’s just gone downhill. We will be taking our talents to the other location on Vets. from here on out. Quite unacceptable.
Absolutely loved the location. The staff was superb. The restaurant was incredibly clean. It's an easy in and out. As expected, the food was perfect.
The drive thru method is terrible at this location. About 15 cars that were behind me got their orders before I did.. many had multiple bags of food. All I had was a milkshake... 1 milkshake.. that's it. For some reason, I guess my order didn't carry the same importance as the others. First and last time at this location.
I was in line at another fast food restaurant for over 20 minutes, only to leave with nothing. Despite the long line at Chick-fil-A, I ordered and had my food within 5 minutes. It was fresh, hot and delicious ?
Came back after being gone so long ago and still nothing change food was terrible and poor customer service.
This is consistently the worst CFA I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried multiple times, in hopes it would get better but it just does not. Yesterday I had to throw away the bun for my chicken sandwich because there were black flecks of something all over it. This is just one instance of many at this location. I don’t understand how they’re allowed to operate so poorly. It’s not at all inline with other CFA locations. They need an intervention.
Customer service has went way down. I don’t know if it’s because of Covid-19 and or the lack of keeping good and productive employees. Just a bunch of people standing around looking confused. Prices have also went up, for the same basic chicken. But I’m sure management isn’t too concerned about any of it.
I have always loved Chick-Fil-A. Their food, customer service, and culture have always been very appealing. I rate them 3 stars because they are not really keto friendly. I went in a specifically asked if they had anything that I could order to meet my dietary requirements and was told yes. When I received the Grilled Chicken with lettuce in a bowl, I was highly disappointed. The chicken was good, but not easy to eat, especially when they don't provide utensils. Learn what a lettuce wrap or a cheese wrap is please! There are many people on low carb diets that do like to eat out.
This Chick-fil-A location is my main one. They pride themselves on fast friendly service and in my experiences which are extensive, they accomplish just that. Anyone on the fence about this can rest assured that if chicken sandwich is what they want, this location will not disappoint. Highly recommend
