With Burger King it has become a love hate thing for me! They’re slower than before and of course they only blame it in COVID, but customer service has always lacked. I order cheeseburgers and got two fish sandwiches. Come on really? After a long day at work it would’ve been nice to have the order correct. Add injury to insult she verified what I ordered while handing it to me so I didn’t think it was necessary to check.
I didnt want to give any stars, but wouldn't let me post comment without any. Visited this location on the evening of June 14, 2022. Very hard to understand the girl working the drive through, speaker was working properly but she wasn't speaking clearly. We had to go inside for card transactions. Once inside, it was horrible. Ac wasn't working, fan on the counter worker sweating bullets no receipts no printer. And the girl at the drive through window was so rude to customers that while I was there waiting for my order, which took forever, at least 2 or 3 cars just left the drive through. She was cursing and another worker had to tell her to be quiet. I'm not sure why this location is still open for business. I'm sure it won't be for long . Definitely my last visit.
I use to like going to this burger king. I guess they dont have enough staff. The wait time is really bad. I have sat there for 15 mins or more for just putting in an order. They do say just a moment but it becomes 15 mins. Sometimes they are closed in the middle of the day. Please help these workers out. It's not there fault. Maybe one day I'll come back to this burger king way closer to my house but for now no.
Terrible!!!! Out of everything. They said they didn’t have larges but yet I got one large and one medium. Then I have an substantial amount in my bank account and she would not swipe my card and asked me for cash. THEN I leave and check my account so she got 20 dollars in cash out of me. No receipt given and extremely rude. Will NEVER go back to this one and plan on contacting corporate with pictures tomorrow
Just went thru the drive thru and ordered what they called a $5 your way meal and it was awful the nuggets were ice cold, the Whopper Jr was barely warm, the fries were hard and greasy and the Coke I ordered tasted like root beer, I will never go to this location ever, ever again and I wouldn't advise anyone else to either ?? and this was not my first bad experience with them I gave them a second chance and it was worse than the first not going there ever again and that's a promise. That's the last $5.46 they will ever get from me or my friends and family!!!
Pulled into drive threw. Waited over 25 minutes. Cars were pulling off. No one was taking orders or in the restaurant where we could see them.
WHO OWNS THIS BK ?? DO U REALIZE HOW MUCH MONEY YOU ARE LOSING EVERYDAY ? I'VE BEEN IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 17 MINUTES NOW , WITH THE SAME 2 CARS INFRONT OF ME , I'VE ALREADY SEEN 4 CARS PULL OUT FROM BEHIND ME AND LEAVE. SMH. GET A NEW TEAM !!!
Wait 45 mins in line. No one took our order. Finally the cars move so we could get out. Sad establishment. I could tell this store has a different manager because the one that was always made sure we received our food within 10mins. This use to be my favorite burger king now I'll drive to veterans at least they don't just sit around while the line is piling up.
I am a Doordash driver and I just had a terrible experience at this store. I was picking up an order for a customer. When I pulled into the parking lot I saw only one car, and a sign on the door that said the lobby was closed. I went to the drive-thru and sat at the intercom. After about a minute of waiting, I said hello and tried to greet whoever might be in the store. I did this a few times to no response. I decided I would drive around to the window and see if I could see someone there. As I was driving away I heard someone say something. So I tried to back up but it was not easy because I'm in a pickup truck. I hollered out, but I got no response again. I drove up to the window and there was no one there. I knocked on the window a couple of times and no one came. I didn't know what was going on. I drove back around to the drive-thru and went up to the intercom. I said hello a few times and then finally some irate young woman yelled at me. She told me that they heard me but they never got a chance to say anything because I kept saying hello. I don't know how their intercom works, but when I don't hear anybody say anything I'm going to keep saying hello. She basically yelled at me through the intercom. I tried to explain myself, but then just said I'm with Doordash, I'll pull around. When I got to the window I told her the name of the customer and I tried to explain what happened. The young woman was still rude to me but went back to make the food. I called Doordash support and let them know about my experience. I couldn't believe the unprofessional attitude this young woman gave me. I've never experienced anything like this in 4 years of working for Doordash. She was incredibly rude and incredibly unprofessional. I would never go to the store to purchase anything for myself.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Waited in line for 15 minutes and not one time did an employee acknowledge the customers in line. 3 people in front of me finally walked out. So I asked excuse me is anyone taking orders in the lobby? Well OMG these two employees turned around with the biggest attitude. I said atleast you could acknowledge us and let us know we have been standing here for 15 minutes and not once did you take an order. If looks could kill i would have been dead. So needless say my wife and I walked out. And to think they want $15 hour. I will never go back again. So we went to Sonic and WOW they took our order and we got our food within 5 minutes. And it tasted so good and no attitude. Amazing
