I've been calling this place since June 21 about getting a refund because I did not get what I ordered. I called customer service 3 times and each time they said someone from management would contact me within 5 buisness days because they arent able to do anything. Never got a call back. They don't even answer the phone when you call and I'm not going back there to do it.
Burger looked just like in the commercials, and had a good taste. Service was a little slow, but at least we were able to dine in.
Please reconsider eating here me and my husband both got food poisoning. The food was hard old and cold.we both had vomiting for two days along with other symptoms of food poisoning. I spoke with the manager after we was well enough to and let me tell you this lady could careless do not bring your family to eat at this location...
The BK app is a real problem for this location. Even if you select "Drive Thru" you have to go inside to tell them who you are and wait for your food. This can be complicated when you already spent 15 minutes waiting in line in the parking lot, then you go inside and find out they aren't taking any more orders at the counter because there's only one person working in the kitchen.Everyone who was on staff that day was doing everything in their power to accommodate customers and were polite, friendly and working as fast as possible. But definitely avoid this location during the lunch hour.
The guy at the window told me ordering a 2 for $4 Croissant was cheaper than ordering a regular sausage biscuit (<$1.99). Really? ? Then when I asked if jelly was in the bag, he told me it was with a 'hurry up and go' manner. Then as I was pulling of, he yelled for me to wait and I did and then almost caused the car after me to hit me. Then I waited and he never brought out the jelly and I just left. The food tasted ok, but the overcharge and lack of caring makes me not want to go back. ??♀️

They was being racist and only letting black people go through the drive thru and one of the ladies over there said I don't get paid good to deal with this white people and I had got sick from them. I am not trying to be racist but All white people do not go over there at all because they was talking about it is to many white people and all
Half my order was missing and would not answer the phone when I was trying to get in contact with store. Honestly worst service I have ever had for a fast food establishment.
I ordered 2 for 5.00 original chicken waited they had a car between first window and second window made them stay between windows until order was ready. Then told me 12.00 for my order.i belive they had the first car stay back to show they are getting the orders out fast. But are not doing there job. And not even getting the orders correct
Ordered Orig Chicken Sandwiches. They were good and service was quick.
