Great ice cream. Emily was really helpful on the phone and in person.
Ordered a polar pizza for my husband’s birthday. The cookie was round and they barely put a 5 inch square of ice cream on top. Taste was good but only had about half amount of ice cream.
This store does not comply with ADA disability laws in any way. They refused to serve me because I have a service dog. On top of that they were incredibly rude. I have been to many other Baskin-Robins locations that happily serve me as well as ask if my service dog needs anything, however this location told us to leave even tho they legally are required by ADA laws to accommodate all disabilities. I will not return to this location. It’s heart when the care of others is not put first.
Took my kids cause we were in the area and out for a little treat. Got 10ft in the door and asked to leave cause the little kids didn’t have masks. The kids didn’t understand and I was in shock not at the mask policy but at its delivery. Will not be returning.

We used to come here about three times a week and I will never spend another penny here again. They told me that my two-year-old was not allowed in the store without a mask on. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! We didn't have masks and so I was going to ask to buy some for my boyfriend, myself, and our 3 kids. Before I could even ask one of the 3 very rude young girls behind the counter told us to leave. On our way out I told them I was going to buy each of us a mask and a different one of the very rude girls behind the counter told my boyfriend they'd rather us not eat there! After being treated so horribly in front of our 3 kids who were so scared by the encounter it brought them to tears we will NEVER return to that location even if someone offered to pay us!!! The ONLY reason they're getting a 1 star review from me is because I have to in order to post this review.
They don't answer the phone
First off learn the mandate for the masks I will never spend my money in this place they really told my kids 6 and 2 they they are not allowed in with out a silly mask sorry my kids don’t and won’t wear a mask not only did they kick us out but they was very unprofessional about it second there is absolutely NO law requiring a mask period a mandate IS NOT A LAW it’s one thing forcing me to wear your goofy mask but you not about to force my kids to do anything I choose if they wear a mask or not and the “mandate” dose not require anyone under the age of 8 to wear a goofy mask I will be calling the corporate office about this
For starters, I completely understand the occupancy rule and you guys enforcing it. However, what I found completely hypocritical was that the young lady working behind the counter enforced the occupancy rule with us as we were opening the door all while she had no mask on whatsoever. I even closed the door and turned to my 13 year old son saying did that young lady really just enforce rules while not even abiding to them herself.
