This place is really decent... sometimes the food is hot sometimes it is not but it always taste good.
Really has to be the best big franchise commercial chain restaurant, and this is a great one. Bartender had such an easy way about him but was attentive. Food was fresh, everything tasty, and the food runner that brought our apps out was sweet and hilarious. I can't recommend their bowls highly enough but was not a fan of their burger quesadilla. The flavors just aren't a fun mix. Solid wings, good buffalo sauce.
Went to eat here after a failed attempt to eat at Olive Garden. At first we were a little disappointed and almost left because we stood at the hostess station waiting to be seated for over 5 mins, waiters kept walking by and not saying a word or even pausing when we would try to ask about being seated. But all that was redeemed when we were finally seated in Andrea's section. She was great!! She got our order and the food was brought out to us very quickly. She made sure we were well taken care of and it made our visit even better.
Waiting extra 20 minutes for pur take out order, because they couldn't find it at first. The food was cold and asked for no tomatoes on the nachos and chicken bowl. They left the tomatoes on our food. Hopefully next time the food will be correct and not cold.
Our waitress Kimberly was awesome and such a sweetheart! Our apps was delicious......
Went for a early dinner. Was seated immediately. Byron was our waiter. Very pleasant and helpful. Our food was finally back to the delicious food we were used to Pre Covid. I’m glad to see this location coming back. Not many if any good Restaurants still in Kenner.I know this Pandemic has hurt and if not closed many good places.Hopefully some day this will be another bad time in history never to be forgotten so easily.
I was quite surprised. I had the ribeye steak and it was delicious!Oyr server was awesome, unfortunately I forgot his name.
Very sanitary the employees wore mask and food was out in 12 minutes plus they are running weekly drink specials
It was OK. Of course my order wasn't done right. Had French onion soup so so, son had blackened salmon he said half of the salmon was too salty, I had sirloin stake and 5 shrimp,with garlic mashed potatoes,and steamed broccoli Potatoes was dry, broccoli was good the steak I Asked for med rare and got medium well. Hard to eat a steak that is over cooked for my taste. Not going to Applebee's again that's for sure. Almost $80 dollars for food I couldn't enjoy or eat. They did take off my meal since I showed them that I couldn't eat it. Should've gotten the ribs. So somebody please tell me should I just give up dinning out. I'm disabled and can't stand up to cook and can't chop up seasoning. It's easier for me to just go out to eat or order, but I'm not having good luck with my choices of restaurants. If I eat SEAFOOD I CAN'T GO WRONG. I much prefer seafood to home cooked foods anyway. What do you good people out there think??
It was a very pleasant impromptu lunch. There was a new waiter and he was extremely helpful. The manager came around and spoke to all the customers to ask if we needed anything. I thought that was very personable.
