Placed an online order. When I arrived to the store, customers had been waiting over an hour past their pick up time . Staff was extremely rude and didn’t care how long the orders were taking
Placed a large order where some of the order was missing and other parts of the order were wrong. Asked to speak to a manager, Jordan, who advised that we had to pack up the order and bring it back to there location to get the order corrected after waiting an hour in Houma to pick the order up. No credit offered for missing and incorrect order…poor business!!! #wingstop
Can’t give more than 1 start when the costumer service is soooooo bad that you call twice at 5:30 pm to place an order for pick up, and they let the phone ring for long time to then pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I guess they don’t need to sell the food…
I like wings and you can get them here. But just the regular hot ones. My husband gets all kinds of fancy wings... but they're not for me.This one time, I got a wing and I was like why the hell is this wing black?! I broke it open and realized that the chicken must have broken its wing prior to dieing for the cause because the meat was all bruised on the inside. And then I had to say a few words for the chickens I was eating and realized why some people vegan.
DO NOT GO HERE TO EAT I JUST ORDERED WING HERE AND IT WAS LEMON PEPPER WINGS AND I ORDERED GARLIC PARM. I CALLED TO REPORT THE MISTAKE AND WA STOLD TO BRING THEM BACK. I BROUGHT THEM BACK SO IT WAS THEN WHEN I WAS BACK AT THE JOBSITE THEY ONLY DROPPED THE CHICKEN BACK IN GREASE AND PUT GARLIC PARM ON THEM. the chicken was overly cooked and you can still taste the lemon pepper on them oh and the wing i bit off was back in the box. I' am not from the food industry but if you ask a customer to bring any food back it supposed to go in the trash not back inside any grease or anything to contaminate anything. So i WOULD NOT DARE EAT HERE AGAIN. The people in here was looking like they did not want to be there - WELL THE MANAGER LADY.
The dry Louisiana wings we're not the greatest a few hours later they became hard.. but the barbecue sauce wings were still soft of course given that they were soaked in sauce.Their fries we're definitely good I don't know how great they were hours later cuz I finished them before I got to my destination. Don't we all..
Very clean and attentive wings were so great if you want wings with a variety of flavor that u would love this is the place to be
I dont know if anybody else had this problem, but I went in for the 70cent wings, I asked for the 70 cent wings, yet the total was 10$. thats not 70cents. all i ordered was the 70 cent wings.
Great spot, always consistent with time and quality.
Pitiful service. We waited over 45 minutes for our order. We watched customers come in after us and get their food before us. Never again!
