Since I have moved into the area I have been coming here almost every day to every three to four times a week! I always mobile order ahead and I have to say it’s a blessing. Yeah, sometimes I wait for my drink, but if I plan it just right it’s already when I arrive. I also have to say that the staff are always friendly to me, and know me by name haha. Thank you for your professionalism!
The coffee isn’t good like it used to be. The target Starbucks does so much better with drinks
This place is really great atmosphere was alright. I tried the kale and mushroom egg bites. The batista told me they weren't that great but I found it light and fluffy.
Store is ALWAYS out of the products you want. Why can’t they just order more when placing orders. One day the drink is in stock, you go back a hour later and they don’t have it anymore..
They never have trentas, I’ve been going almost everyday for the past month asking and it’s always a no. Does y’all’s truck never bring the things you need to run a successful business???
Always good coffee but not very hot. And like everything else, prices are continually going up.
This store is always mediocre at best. Went today and ordered for instore pickup on the app. Arrived and was told that it was drive through only because of short staffing. It has been like that for WEEKS and the manager hadn’t updated the app. We had to leave after “hopefully” getting my money refunded in order to meet home contractors in time.Everywhere is short staffed.I get it. But the managers inability to do his/her JOB and update the app is poor customer service and an inability to do the job hired to do. I already have low expectations when I come back to Houma, LA for work, but this was unacceptable. At least be knowledgeable enough to refund appropriately and hire managers who know how to do the job. Absolutely poor customer service
Maybe if this very successful coffee company offered their employees a living wage, they would have enough employees to be fully functional.
Everytime I come to this location I always get the same thing! Gr Mocha cookie crumble well blended because of the dang ice chunks I always have at the bottom of my frappe. What ya know today recieved my order and I asked the guy working the window if this was blended well he says yeah.. it definitely wasn't looked like blended ice with cocoa ?& it didn't taste right. I will not be back to this starbucks they are a waste of time and money!!
Pumpkin spice Frappe ??? sooo good, was a line but they worked through it pretty quickly, got my order it seemed kind of rushed and sloppy got it in a Venti cup when i ordered a Grande, cant complain about that tho right ? its tasted perfect either way ??
