Even during lunch time when they are busy, they get your food to your quickly!
My burrito was horrible!! Sausage was dry, the onions was to size of a onion ring!! Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ordered my food, it came out quickly. I drive home to eat which is 3 minutes up the road, but when I pulled it out the bag the fries was cold and the burgers outside the wrapper felt like it was refrigerated, sure enough it was cold as ice. I call them to complain and they said I could bring it back, 5 minutes before closing. Why not make it right the first time, it isn't like this fast food is cheap and not to mention the gas prices. Never went back to redeem my purchase because I don't plan on going back.
Last few times food was cold & fries have been harder.
My husband just went pick up food.I order a foot long coney with chili, cheese and onions. What he brought home was a foot long coney with mustard, ketchup, and relish!NOT EVEN CLOSE!! VERY IRRITATED!! I will definitely think twice about Sonic again?
The food preparation needs attention more workers might help.
