We couldn’t believe how rude the young man was that served us our ice cream! There was 3 of us and we asked for 3 scoops on a waffle cone and asked for a styrofoam bowl to put it in and the young man said he couldn’t give us a styrofoam bowl. He said he didn’t have the money just to give them out. I offered to pay for the bowl and he said that it wasn’t the point he wasn’t going to sell me one either! I couldn’t believe how rude he was!! 3 scoops in this weather just melted everywhere?

A real cute throw back ice cream parlor with a large selection and gooood ice cream and sherbert. Seating is limited inside and outside. Real nice staff and fellow customers.
Gave this cute place a try -2x. The First time, no friendly greeting from the male server/owner-just looked and waited to serve me.I wish the Ice cream would taste as the pictures look but it tastes watery, and lacks taste.Decided to give the 2nd time charm and no change was updated-same impression for the ice cream and lack of friendliness. I give 2 stars for the cute, indoor decor as the 40’s era.
We used to love coming to the Scarlett Scoop. We always got more than our money's worth. Not anymore !! 2 scoops in a bowl, 2 scoops in a waffle cone and a pineapple sundae. Not the generous scoops we were used to getting !! For the outrageous price of $22.70... Bye bye Scarlett Scoop !!
