They got the order wrong even after we had them verbally confirm it before we accepted it.
There was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, but they were pretty quick with the staff at hand. After I ordered for my family, I drove around, and by the time I got to the window, I was greeted by a smiling face, the lady double checked my order with me, then proceeded to hand me my family's food, and I was on my way. The time it took from just pulling into the drive thru line to the speaker box was about 7-8 minutes. ( 3 cars in front of me). But from the time I ordered to the time I got my food, it only took about 3 minutes or less. I didn't see many people working when I looked inside, so I understand why they were not as quick. I gave 5 stars because I only said my order once, they listened, got it right, repeated it back. The lady at the drive thru window ( didn't catch her name ) was the absolute sweetest. Once I got the food for my family, ( I checked the bag... I mean, who doesn't)? But EVERYTHING was exactly what I ordered. The sides were the exact size I ordered. The chicken was hot, fresh& juicy. I honestly couldn't have had a better experience!
Horrible service because they didn't want to serve us late night. They forgot several things including giving me a small Mac and cheese and charged me for the large I orderes
I had a great experience here today. I explained to the manager that this particular place was my very first job. I told her my manager's name, and she knew them!!
Food is always great. BUT, didn't get the sauce, no utensils, and no napkins. Happens all the time.

Aside from the long line I had to wait in the service itself was fantastic the food is amazing and I guess like everybody else in that line I agree that good food is worth waiting for
