Y'all tend to forget YOUR CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR WAGES!!! Employees really act like they don't want to even be here. Literally complaining about how a customer wants there order as they are making it loud enough for everyone to hear.Thats your job!!! Really no urgency with any of these employees to serve their customers.Acting like we are just bothering them.If you don't like your job find another it's that simple!! With all the attitude in this place and extremely poor and slow service I am surprised y'all have as many customers as you do. I will not be returning!!
Today this place ran out of Cole slaw and green beans..but the chicken was good
I tried the Spicy Fish Sandwich. It was, indeed, quite spicy. Food quality was better than expected. Good service
You want spicy chicken you get chicken that don't have no flavor to it spend $30 you have to give it to the dog I will never buy any more chicken with Popeyes
Sever was fast. Only one car in drive thur. Food was hot and taste good.
My order was nothing close to what I ordered. Only thing right was the drink.
i ordered a 2 piece,dark meat,mild,with the newest side dish-mac&cheese,and a Hi-C fruit punch drink,this location only has the drive-thru open because the lobby has been temporarily closed since Hurricane Ida(due to lack of staff),it was a pleasant experience,very polite staff,quick service and efficient,everything was delicious?,the mac&cheese was also tasty
Order my food at the drive-through, waited 15 mins to get to the window to get my food, then park in the parking lot to eat for my lunch break. I open the box to find cold chicken slivers, yes I said slivers because they weren't stripps. All of the food was cold including fries. It's bad enough the service is terrible, but you could at least serve hot food to your customers.
Service was good but the food was not. poyboy bread was good. Shrimp were over cooked (tough). Gumbo was weak. No flavor.
