Had a fly cooked on my pizza and have picture proof
I only love Pizza Hut Pizza. I love those small handheld personal pan pizzas for like $5. It's so hot, and full that I can eat 2 slices and save the other two for next day lunch. But I was living closer to the Pizza Hut on Prospect Blvd, they were great including the service and efficiency. This time was my first and last with this West Park location. I ordered before I left to go and was told 10-15 mins, and I'd be outside due to covid in my car, which was described. They did have few cars waiting. I called to let them know I was there in parking lot. Should I stay in car. Was told yes. Well all other cars left and I'm still waiting but nothing. After sitting there 45 mins I decided to jus leave cause no one called me or came it with order. Not pleased at all and will not be going back.

The pizza was quick and delicious. Nice amount of toppings. It was probably so quick because it needed to stay in the oven for a few more minutes, but I didn't mind heating it up for a bit at home. Also, I did ask for some red pepper flakes before I left the store and didn't get them. I was disappointed, but I was eating pizza so it wasn't all terrible.
My pizza was awful. The was entirely too much sauce on the pizza. The bacon was almost nonexistent and i couldn't taste the pepperoni because of the ridiculous amount of marinara sauce.
Very fast service. Quality of food was delicious. Could have used a little more marinara sauce on the pizza, but that's my fault for not ordering extra
Pizza was cold and was given the wrong pizza. Had to return the one given me to obtain the one I ordered

The food is great! It is the best pizza chain around here. I was happy to see that they began the delivery option again after the recent storm.
They are very rude. They tell you ready in 20 min. , It took 65 min.to get my pizza. I started to fuss then they made my pizza. They wanted me to go outside the place, I said no give me my order. That's when they made my order, they are very rude at this location, I don't recommend anyone to go there.
