They can actually answer the phone when they get your order wrong. I really did pay a delivery fee plus driver tip just to have to bring the wrong order back to the store. horrible customer service. The driver then asks if we opened the other people's order. He then said he has to talk to a manager about making our order again after strangers have touched our pizza. unprofessional and unsanitary. pizza hut,no thanks.
My order arrived later than expected; not only was the pizza cold, but it arrived all messed up. The wings were also cold and the box appeared as if it had been stepped on. I ordered extra honey bbq sauce and got marinara. If we had not been hungry, I would have thrown the order away. Why bother delivering a screwed up order.

My personal pan pizza was missing. I did not call about it cuz it was after 9 pm and I needed to go to bed for work in the morning.
I had made a mistake on my order. I called the Pizza Hut where I ordered to correct it. Cameron assisted me. He was a great help!
I called and was on hold for 13 minutes for a manager,and no one spoke to me. My order was not all given to me. I order double breadsticks ( received single order), did not recieve both my orders of boneless wings, and pizza was dry. Not to mention again on hold for 13 minutes and did not talk to manager about this order.
Pizza looked like it had been dropped it was cold and the rest of the order was basically the same. I’m very dissatisfied.
