i call ahead of time for my order they told me it was ready it wasn't its all the time
drive thru was fast, the food was fresh, and our order was correct.
The food quality has gone down and service takes forever
Here for Mardi Gras and they’ve kept the order line rolling and literally 30-60 seconds until they call your order number. They are rolling it out! Great job! And keeping the place spotless and people rotate in and out. Great attitudes as well.
Ordered tonight right before parade. The place is super busy and this McDonalds in knocking it out of the park!!!!Every. Single. Person here is amazing!!Food is ready in 60 seconds!
30 mins for a meal, and no salt on the fries. is it so hard to put salt on fries or you just that stupid? your food is gross too, almost as bad as sonic
Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes while the other line just went along seamlessly just to have them mess my order up again. Hands down the worst McDonald's in houma

It was horrible! I dumped a cup of hot coffee on me and in my car, (my fault) but what the girls in the window were laughing and I had to ask for napkins to get the coffee up. I would like to ask them how would you feel having hot coffee burning your body and someone laughing at you! Not funny!
