If it was up to me I wouldn't have put a star.. everytime I go to a fast food drive thru... ALWAYS screw up my order and that goes for Burger King also..Attitudes over loud speaker rushing you to order plus other things every fast food restaurants needs better people for drive thru that has a better Attitude and that keeps track on a simple order..its bad enough the prices are getting outrageous and fuel cost is up so nobody wants to turn around to go get the order corrected
Drive thru worker are always disrespectful, never get the order correct.
Place is a joke. Went to drive through. People asked us to order an just laughed an you could tell they were all just playing around an never came back to take our order. Sat for 10 minutes before driving off to go to a different restaurant that deserves our money an provides decent customer service.
People need to learn how to do there jobs and finish taking people's orders. But yet have the time to sit there giggle and laugh. That McDonald's ain't worth nothin.
Horrible customer service!!!I usually don’t leave a review for a McDonald’s but It’s been a while since I’ve been to one with such horrible service waitress was very rude. Giving this place a one star is a gift!
Food was fine, but you really need better employees that can follow instructions and have some customer service skills!
Damn service so bad I went there they didn't know how to take orders from both lanes waited almost 30 min in line I had to lose spot in line to go to window tell them they had cars in other line they can't get any orders rite
Night crew was very rude. I didn't complete my order before I was told the price. Waited 30 minutes to get to the speaker. Then another 10 from speaker to midway to window. I love mcdonald's. I've cashed out a lot and have 11000 on my reward app right now. I'll wait.
Very very slow workers. Waited at the window of 5 minutes just for my drink
We got 3 - 20 piece baskets. Nothing shabby but it fed 4 of us. The staff we made contact with were all very polite and personable. In top of that, the food was hot. This is not what has happened when we go to McDonald's in the past years. I don't know what changed but keep it up!!
