Worse service I ever received the manager in at the time made my ice coffee wrong and then tried to blame the back Cash employee talking about she rung it up wrong which she did not. She then proceed to mess my coffee up again. I would have went back but I was in a hurry. The attitudes with thus staff is a deal breaker for me and will be never coming back
Was sure looking forward to eating my hashbrown that was supposed to come with my meal. Got to work, opened the bag with no Hashbrown. You had 1 Job, put 3 items in a bag and hand it out the window. Good for McDonalds hiring the mentally challenged and all. But at least get someone competent to place the orders in the bag please.
It took nearly 30 minutes to get a cappuccino. When I finally got it, it had whipped cream on it... The longest I've ever waited by far at any fast food restaurant
I only put a star cause I'm required to.On my lunch break,, i stopped for a quick meal. It's called "fast food" for a reason. I waited almost an hour to order and get my food. I am not happy with the speed at which this location moves. I used to work at Sonic Drive-In and we moved like we had somewhere to go, and rheorder we were working on was the last customer of the shift. Calm, courteous, and FAST! Y'all need work!
This place sucks . Once I was waiting in line 30 minutes with no cars in line . And today I sat at the first lane for almost 10 minutes then somebody pulled up to the second lane and order was taken right away . Went to the first window where she told me my total and then again took 5 minutes to swipe my card because she was trying to take other peoples order . This is by far the worst mcdonalds in houma.
Just drove in from NOLA airport and wanted a quick meal. Chris at drive thru the evening of 12/5/21 was nice and had great customer service! Please recognize him for a job well done
Went to the curb side stall and placed an order with app. After completing, the app said this was not available after 9pm (frustration as this is after completing the transaction). Attempted to go through the drive through. After 24mins. of WAITING with no movement I went inside. Here I witnessed the most disorganized management of a McDonald's. Food allover the floor, workers yelling at each other, and an overall lake of motivation.
I went today and ordered a 10 piece nugget with a COKE I got to the window and the lady handed the drink, my sister said "that looks like tea" and the lady said that it was coke so we said ok and my mom drove off. I took a sip and it sure wasnt coke so my mom drove around the building to go back to the window and told the guy that the lady gave us the wrong drink so we told him and he said he would get us a coke but he got us a root beer ??
Whenever im taking a lunch break, i love stopping by to grab some McDonald's fries.
I wish I could give zero stars. Two of the four burgers I ordered were wrong so I went back to the window to have it fixed. Only one was brought back out, by the manager, who was extremely rude. When I told her I was missing one she said (with full attitude) "I put that burger in there personally" so I opened the bag (which only had one burger in it) in front of her. She came back out a few minutes later with the missing burger and said, again, "I put that burger in there myself" then proceeded to walk back to the building mubling expletives the entire time like it was my fault my order was wrong TWICE and I was lying about it.... Highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from someone in a manager position.
