Long wait. Didn’t get our orders right. Fries were unsalted and manager was rude. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Fanta was good though.
I tried to get breakfast on 3/16/22 at 9:15 am and was totally ignored by the manager behind the counter who was moving in slow motion. I called to her 3 times but she just continued focusing on the drive thru never acknowledging me or the other 3 customers waiting at the counter. After 5 minutes I just left and went to Burger King. Since I have had really bad service here before I should have known better. Unless you like being treated badly, just skip this McDonald's.
There was a long line for the drive thru; about 6 vehicles in front of me. As soon as I got into the line, the car in front of me pulled out of the line and left. I assumed they had been waiting a while so i decided to park and order inside because there was only 2 ppl in line. Well, unfortunately for us, they cater to the drive-thru cars faster than they do inside. So, we actually ended up waiting longer inside than we would've waited in the drive-thru line.Either way, I was not upset because the manager was friendly and we saw the employees working hard. The manager locked the restaurant behind us because he wanted to be able to focus on servicing everyone in a timely manner but he couldn't do that with a full restaurant AND drive-thru. So, he decided it would be best to focus his employees' efforts on one line (drive-thru). I just wished he had locked it before I had gone in, but no hard feelings.The food was fresh to order. We got everything we ordered.Overall, great service even when understaffed.

Dining room is closed but they are super busy working drive thru only. They do their best to stay on top of all those orders. Good job McDonald's!!
The McRib is back!! It was exactly what I remembered from previous years, Deelicious!! I will be going back for another! The insides still aren't open due to Hurricane Ida's wrath but repairs are underway and the food's still great!
