First time trying the crawfish! They were delicious! Seasoned just right! Will be returning
Friendly staff of people and the crawfish I purchased live by the sack was very nice in size. Will definitely return.
Best crawfish in Houma hands down patna!
Their crawfish were really good and they had a nice spice to them. Also, they have a really good dip. I recommend.
I had the boiled shrimp plate with corn and sausage. It was very delicious.
My absolute favorite spot when finger licking, spicy, nose running GOOD BOILED CRAWFISH.
Loved this place. Employees were amazing and food was even better. All of our drinks were ice cold. Kid friendly environment.
Only thing good at this restaurant is the staff and service. Food was awful and so disappointing. Don’t bother!
This worse seafood place i ever eaten. The crabs were not legal. The corn and the sausage taste nasty.I will never buy seafood from them.
Today We went to the Fiery Crab Juicy Seafood and Bar -Lafayette La for a family platter, got served cold food that was missing TWO different types of crabs, and when complained, the owner REFUSED to come out and told the manager to CALL THE COPS!!! I typically refrain from posting reviews online, but this one deserves special attention. Y’all! We went in and ordered the family boiled seafood platter… apparently they changed their prices without updating their website where you order online or update any of their menus. First off we weren’t notified that they were out of one of the crab items on there, so the chef (or the owner) took the liberty of deciding what item to replace it with… first, he said he replaced it with more shrimp then said that he replaced it with crab legs. He also took it upon himself to take out the blue crab off our platter. When we asked about the blue crab, the waiter took our food back to the kitchen. The chef sent our food back out cold with three blue crabs that were preboiled without sauce or flavor. Forget about the hot boiling bag with steaming seafood! My family tried to be patient, the staff was super sweet. However, we couldn’t take it anymore, the shrimp was over cooked, several muscles were empty and the crab was tasteless. We spoke with the manager (Alana, who was a blessing to deal with) and she understood our complaints, offering to ask to take the platter off of our ticket. We told the manager it’s not fair to take it off since we ate some of it and asked for a reasonable accommodation. The owner said all he can do is take off 10% and give us free beignets… we ate about 50% of the food at that point (with 7 people sharing, everyone just got a taste of it at this point) and the rest was discarded because it wasn’t edible… When we asked to speak with the owner because his suggestion was insulting as he wouldn’t even come out to speak to us or hear us out, he refused to come out and said he’ll call the cops. We were ready for the cops to get involved and let the manager know that we are requiring his involvement when they arrive. We had already paid for the appetizers, drinks, children meals and gratuity at that point so it’s not like we were trying to get free food! When the manager let the owner know that we have no issues waiting for the cops to get involved but he’ll have to come out when they arrive, the owner left the restaurant! He then called the manager and let her know to take 50% off our ticket and stipulate that we can’t return (AS IF we’d ever return anyway!) I am genuiunely amazed at this man’s customer service. Wouldn’t have a conversation with his customers and his initial solution to a problem that only requires very basic customer service skills, is to call the cops. Honestly, save your money and if you’re ever in NOLA, head to the fiery crab there instead! My heart goes out to the wonderful staff who have to tolerate this man. This owner needs to be popular.
