the food was cold, the waitress was not attentive, she never offered me a refill for my drink, I asked her for a glass of water, it never came, we waited about an hour for them to bring us the food and the table on one side did not take 15 minutes when they already had the food at the table and that they arrived long after us, we will definitely not return very bad service???
Upon entering I could smell sewer. Of course, we were then seated next to the bathrooms, where we could see sewer seepage on the floor. The waitress grabbed a high chair from their stack for my grandson and it was full of food crumbs. We immediately started cleaning it up for him. We stayed, ordered and ate. Never again. The service was ok, the food was ok. The unsanitary conditions and smell made our breakfast experience miserable. Could not wait to get out of there.
I placed an online order for 3 omelette combos, French toast, and pancake combo with scrambled eggs with cheese. The receipt showed it was obviously made, because there were check marks next to each meal, but it wasn’t placed in the bag. I called, was told to come back. After they looked it over and spoke with one of the cooks, he tossed the receipt and said he made it. They took care of the issue, but keep in mind that you are visible to your customers. We can see your responses!
Excellent breakfast, great service, fair pricing. Quiet, able to converse easily.
I’m sorry IHOP but WH down the road is way better.
Ordered through the website. First it double charged me, not sure if this was a website issue or at the store, but it will supposedly get fixed. Second it took forever to pickup even though it was ready and by the time we drove home, less than 2 minute drive, the food was somehow colder than room temp. So $30 of food is now in my trash bc it is inedible.
Great breakfast but bacon is always under cooked or cold no matter what IHOP I eat atWaitress amazing
Was a line waiting to eat, went quickly. Got to table within 20 mins of showing up. Service was quick and food was fast. Hash browns was alittle underdone but the pancakes were great.
This is a good IHOP! The servers are friendly, and even with 7 people we got our food quickly. We had one small issue with something we ordered, and it was resolved easily. We will be back!
Great food at this location and the service was great. Enjoyed the meal very much.
