Walked in & waited a while before someone came to service me. It has a party of 5 on the hibachi table & 3 other people on the right side. Ordered my food to go (the combination rice) The food was hot & fresh. However, it had WAY TO MUCH SOY SAUCE. To the point of it being SOUR. I didn't like it at all. You could taste that the shrimp was not washer properly either.
Ok, ok, I know, why only two stars…. Here’s the deal, I was hoping to snag a quick lunch with some sushi and fried rice. Well, it didn’t go quite as well as I had hoped. Here’s my pros and cons.PROSClean facilityFriendly serverPan seared pork dumplings/pop stickers were good.CONSFried rice with steak: drowned in soy sauce and the steak had a liver taste to it. Not sure what that was all about?!?Spicy Tuna Roll: (we order this everywhere we go) kind of sloppy on the finish and way too much red pepper. I like it spicy, but this was bleeding red pepper.Sweetheart Roll: traditionally this is a roll stuffed with meat and the draped with tuna sashimi. This came out more like a fish stick wrapped in a banana peel looking soy paper. So, now at least I can feel better about my pour rating.
Sadly I am having to leave a poor review today. I ordered the calamari, which usually is good but today it was overly greasy chewy and had a bad taste. i peeled all of the breading and tried to eat just the calamari but it was bad and my stomach started turning. I informed the waitress who stated the grease smelled and even told the cooks and owner. I handed my bill with my card to the waitress and I asked if they could remove it from my bill because of me not eating all of it and all the breading off. the owner refused and wouldn't even come to my table to discuss it with me. they ran my card with the calamari before even coming back to speak with me. PRETTY SAD WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS especially since the owner was in the bar playing in her phone the WHOLE TIME and they weren't busy!!
Awesome restaurant !!!! Best waitresses in town and what a great experience. We can not complain about this place. We ate everything but the utensils.
We had a great time . We had to wait to be seated but that’s expected on valentines night. It wasn’t a terribly long wait either . We did hibachi and the guy who cooked our meal was so fun. The kids had a blast. They danced , caught some eggs in their mouth (or tried), danced some more, and plenty of laughs. Perfectly fun outing .
My wife ate there on February 10th,17 dollars taken out.now 22 dollars taken out Feb 13th.5:00 I will be there and make a scene. Thieves!!I will press charges.
Food and chef were great as always, but we had the worst service tonight that I can recall in the 8 or so years we’ve frequented the restaurant.
customer service excellent and food was amazing.
The sushi rolls are huge, I loved the white lady rolls and their fried rice is on point, Our waitress Brandy, was very charming. We're definitely coming back for more.
Horrible services and food selection. I had a long day and decided to eat with family. I ordered multiple ( about 8) different meals which they each told me they do no serve / don’t make/ or don’t have ingredients to make. I’m very upset by this experience and will NOT be coming back. This is a restaurant, when I order something off the menus i expect it to be able to me made. Very much false advertisement.
